Taking a moment to tune in and be present for just a couple minutes.
Allow yourself to soften into the support beneath you.
Noticing your body,
The weight,
The stillness.
Maybe closing the eyes and turning all of your attention inward to your inner experience.
And noticing the breath,
The inhale,
The expansion,
The exhale.
Maybe softening a little bit more.
Notice everything that you can notice about the breath.
Filling up with the life force,
Prana,
Oxygen,
Energy.
Emptying out and softening,
Letting go,
Sinking a little bit deeper.
Taking a few more breaths like that,
Noticing all that you can notice about the breath.
The sound,
The sensation,
The rhythm,
What expands,
What softens.
Taking a couple more slow,
Conscious breaths.
Filling up and emptying out.
And on the next exhale,
See if there is any room to soften a little bit more.
Softening the jaw and the shoulders and the face.
And then bringing your awareness back to your body,
Back to the space around you.
Maybe gently wiggling your fingers and toes,
Noticing the sensation.
Maybe opening and closing the eyes a few times to softly transition back to your day.
