Kristine is a mental health counselor, mindfulness coach, and a mother of three young children. Her transformative journey with meditation began eight years ago during the early days of motherhood, when life transitions highlighted her need for better self awareness and emotional flexibility. Meditation had a profound impact on her life at that time and continues to today. In the early days meditation helped her connect with herself, cope with life transitions, and discover the inner peace she had been seeking. Kristine has seen the benefits of meditation firsthand with clients as well. The most significant benefit of meditation that Kristine has witnessed is the widening of the space between stimulus and response.
