Message From Heaven

Follow along with this guided meditation to be lifted up to heaven to receive a visual message. God asked Kristina to create this meditation to connect with loved ones that have passed away. It could also be used to receive a message from God. While it is guiding you to receive a visual message, it is encouraged that you use all of your senses.

Follow me,

God says.

He's going to take us to the kingdom of heaven.

Close your eyes and take a few cleansing breaths.

Take a deep breath in and relax.

I want you to picture yourself on a pedestal.

It's very large.

It's like a giant platform.

You're standing there and you're waiting.

You have your own pedestal.

This is your journey and this is your trip.

The pedestal is beginning to rise.

It's lifting you up and taking you to the higher realms.

It is slow.

It is delicate.

It is covered in divine light.

We are gently,

Slowly,

And easily rising higher.

We are safe.

We are loved.

And we are ready.

We are joined by a circle of angels who have gathered around us and they're standing at all edges of the pedestal.

They are with us to love on us,

To amplify our energies,

To assist us with connecting,

And to support us in any way that we require.

We are slowly continuing to travel higher,

Higher and higher,

Gently rising,

Gently traveling,

Gently rising.

I heard we have arrived.

The angels will spread apart in front of you.

We have arrived at a platform that you may take a few steps forward and step off onto the platform.

You are safe to step forward.

It will support you.

This is simply a walkway.

Imagine yourself or imagine walking forward.

The angels are right behind you,

Supporting you and guiding you.

At the end of the walkway,

There's a giant movie screen.

It is all white and it is turned off.

In a moment,

I'm going to be quiet and images will appear on the screen.

The messages that are waiting for you.

Let us begin.

God said that is all.

We're going to return back to our pedestal.

The angels are guiding us and we're going to slowly descend back down to where we started.

As you reach the ground or the beginning,

The angels are whispering a blessing over you.

That includes a clearing,

A clearing of your energy and anything else you might need.

And so it is.

And so it is done.
