This meditation is for healing using pure divine white light.
So let yourself get comfortably settled in either seated or lying down.
If you're seated,
Plant your feet firmly on the floor and just feel that connection.
If you're lying down,
Let your body relax deeply into the surface beneath you.
Take a deep inhale through your nose and a loud sigh through your mouth.
Just letting tension and tightness release from your body.
Turn your attention to your breath and just begin to focus on gentle inhales and exhales.
Each breath relaxing you more and more as you turn your focus inward,
Exploring your inner landscape,
Observing how you're feeling right now,
Noticing any tension in your body and just letting it all go.
Take a deep inhale inside out.
Imagine that you are standing under a waterfall of pure white light.
This light is pure spirit,
True essence of who and what you are,
Who and what every living being is and is pure divine source or God energy.
It is unconditional,
All-encompassing love,
Joy,
Peace,
Harmony.
The purest light and love there is.
This light is brighter than anything you've ever seen.
It's even brighter than the light of millions of diamonds.
It's almost blinding in its brightness.
As this pure white light flows down into your head through your crown chakra,
Let it go where it will at its own pace.
Just allow yourself to open to the love and healing it brings.
It has your highest and best interest at heart and is clearing away anything within you that is blocking you or that has obscured your experience of love,
Joy,
And truth.
As this pure white healing light pours into your head,
It fills your cells,
Your bones,
Your muscles,
Tissue,
Organs,
And all aspects of your being at all levels.
It permeates your thoughts and your memories with pure love and healing,
Allowing you to learn from the past and let it go.
This pure white light pours continuously into your crown chakra at the top of your head.
You may even notice sensations like tingling or warmth there.
It flows down into your third eye in the middle of your forehead,
Opening your channel of communication,
Opening to messages from the divine or the spirit world.
White light continues down into your neck and throat chakra,
Opening,
Cleansing,
And balancing this energy center,
Awakening your full expression and freedom.
Feel and see the light moving across your shoulders and down your arms,
Flowing down into your wrists,
Hands,
And fingers,
And then just allow it to exit out of your fingertips and flow deep into the earth.
From your throat,
Pure white light drifts down into your heart center,
Filling it with unconditional love and expansion.
Feel and see the light pooling and growing in your heart center so bright that it overflows out of your heart in all directions around you.
This light continues down into your torso,
Front and back of your body.
This light of healing love and joy fills your solar plexus from your ribcage down to your navel.
It touches all your memories from childhood and adolescence,
Experiences with parent figures.
These memories are now made new,
Infused with softness,
Love,
And space.
And in these new memories,
You're suddenly aware that you always had the loving support of Source Energy,
Divine love with you in every experience that you went through.
This presence was always there loving you as you went through your challenges.
Allow this light to continue permeating your cells,
Your tissue,
Muscles,
Organs,
And your thoughts about your body as it moves down into your sacral chakra just below your navel.
Here this light embraces and permeates the child who still lives within you.
This love light tells your inner child that she or he is loved exactly as they are,
That they've never done anything wrong.
Your inner child hears that they are whole,
Beautiful,
And complete,
That they are safe and loved.
This beautiful,
Brilliant healing white light flows down into your root chakra just below your sacral chakra at the bottom of your tailbone and shoots out in all directions.
This light opens your awareness of a loving connection with your family or fellow beings on earth.
It awakens your innate inner wisdom.
This divine healing pure white light brings healing to everything it touches within you.
All your cells,
Tissues,
Bones,
Organs,
Muscles,
And thoughts about your body are permeated with this love light.
Feel and see it continue to flow down through your legs and out your feet.
As it exits the bottom of your feet,
The light flows deep into the earth.
Now imagine and feel yourself,
Picture yourself standing in a continuous flow of pure white light as if you're standing under an ongoing waterfall of light pouring down through the top of your head.
It flows all through your body and out your fingertips and your feet you're being rinsed and cleansed and purified from top to bottom,
Physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
And spiritually.
Everything that doesn't serve you is being washed away.
Just relax and let it all go.
Surrender and allow yourself to be cleansed and rejuvenated.
As you see and feel this pure white healing divine light pouring through you,
Imagine that this light is you.
You are the light.
You become one with the light.
Feel your body dissolving into this light.
Feel the freedom of being pure light.
This is in essence who you are.
You are everywhere and everything,
Unbound by any limits,
Unbound by your physical being.
You have unlimited creativity and power because you are aligned with pure light and love.
It is who you are.
You are so powerful you can create the life of your dreams There's nothing you cannot do.
You are a spark of God.
You expand out in all directions,
One with Source,
Divine,
God,
And all beings.

Peace,
Joy,
And goodwill.
