Hello my dear friend,

Today let us take a few moments to connect with our inner selves and cultivate positivity through the practice of meditation and affirmation.

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position,

Either on the floor or in a chair,

With your spine tall and your shoulders relaxed.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with air.

As you exhale,

Allow your body to relax,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Now repeat the following affirmations to yourself,

Either silently or out loud,

Allowing each one to sink deep into your consciousness.

I release all fears and doubts,

And I embrace the infinite possibilities that are available to me.

I trust in the universe to guide me and support me on my journey.

I am grateful for all the blessings in my life,

Both big and small.

I release all negative thoughts and worries,

And embrace the present moment.

I am filled with love,

Positivity,

And abundance.

As you repeat each affirmation,

Visualize yourself surrounded by a warm glowing light.

Feel the energy of positivity and abundance flowing through you,

Filling you up with warmth and happiness.
