This meditation seems like a talk where you relax by deep breathing and slowly drift into calmness where all is released. The struggles are taken care of and all the work that seems to be taking your time. Just for this moment, you are asked to relax. The moment of letting go all to the universe. This helps in easing down your nerves and is a good fit whenever you feel overwhelmed. This helps in letting go and knowing that everything is taken care of. It's time to drift in this soothing meditation whenever you want a needed break.

Make sure that you are not performing machineries or driving while listening to this recording.

With each word you will be relaxing more and more and you need to take some time out for this meditation.

So prepare yourself for this and when you are ready,

Close your eyes,

Relax yourself by taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Taking another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling white light filling up your body and releasing all the darkness while exhaling out through your mouth.

Keep breathing deep,

Peacefully,

Relax yourself with deep breathing.

With each breath you feel comfortable and relaxed.

The more you relaxed,

The less worries you feel.

Your everyday struggles are at pause right now and our aim is to relax you.

When you relax yourself each morning,

It is easier to dive into a beautiful day full of peace and enthusiasm.

It is about time for you to deep breathe in and out continuously and listen to my voice.

The more you listen to my voice,

The more you feel relaxed.

Each and every nerve of your body starts loosening up,

Relaxing you even more and more.

We will visualize and the more you visualize,

The more relaxed you are.

You can listen to this recording anytime you like before starting your day or at night before retiring from the day.

Make sure to make it a habit to listen to this recording or meditate each day.

Keep breathing in and out,

Relaxing more and more.

In front of you,

You can see a beautiful beach.

Even if you don't like to enjoy on beach,

This beach is so calming.

The ocean waves sound so relaxing.

Listen to those waves,

Relaxing each and every nerve of you.

We are at the edge of another side of the beach and slowly you start crossing the road to sit down and relax at the beach.

So with each number that I count from 1 to 10,

We will walk one step ahead and relax even more and more to enjoy your moment right now.

Take your step ahead,

Cross this road towards the beach.

2.

Another step ahead,

Relaxing you more and more.

3.

Feeling relaxed and calm.

4.

Leaving all the worries behind.

5.

6.

Enjoying in this moment and relaxing more and more.

7.

Calming down your nerves,

Relaxing more and more.

9.

You are at beach,

Relaxing more and more and more.

10.

You are at the beach,

Near a reclining chair and you step forward and lie down on this reclining chair facing the ocean.

The sea waves are calming you,

Relaxing you and more and more.

They are soothing your body,

Mind and soul.

Smell the salty air,

It cleanses your inner and outer self.

Now you want to lie down on this reclining chair and relax more by closing your eyes.

And as you close your eyes,

You drift down into a sleep.

A sleep where you feel as though all the worries are taken care of,

All the struggles are taken care of.

Everything is going out of your body.

You can feel more and more relaxed as though there is no need to struggle at all,

No need to run throughout the day.

All the work is just happening as it is needed to happen,

As it is written to happen.

Everything is done by universe,

Everything is happening,

Relaxing you more and more deeply.

Each day starts with a gratitude in your heart,

Finding what is needed to be done to refine your soul.

And the more you refine your soul,

The easier life feels,

All the struggles people are going through seems like a play.

And you enjoy every moment,

Working in life,

Earning money,

Being in family and still enjoying this peace within.

You are doing everything that is needed to live a life,

A family life and still enjoying the inner peace.

The more peaceful you are inside,

The more joyful life is.

And so you decide that you are going to keep working on refining your soul each and every day,

Taking each step further,

Not only listening to any mentor,

But taking steps.

You take time out each day,

You find time,

You make time for your daily spiritual practices like meditation,

Journaling,

Listening to some podcasts that can open up your spiritual self and connect back to your inner self.

On this reclining chair,

All you have to do is relax more and more and reminding your unconscious and subconscious mind that you are ready to walk onto this path.

It seems to be filled with struggles,

But with the right mentor,

You are easily crossing each and every hurdle.

So you are taking time out each day to relax yourself,

Enjoy this moment and see a beautiful white light appearing in the sky.

Because it appears as a big orb of light,

Just like a sun,

It comes down and down onto you,

It envelops you,

It relaxes each and every nerve,

Atom and cell of your body,

Filling you inside and outside with light.

This light is the light of universe or the God.

You are enjoying this moment,

The music.

Relax yourself and be in this moment more and more.

Enjoying this time with the music,

It's time to come out of this relaxing mode,

Reminding your subconscious mind that you will come back and meditate each day,

Slowly,

We will come out in few minutes.

Keeping this light and energy of universe with us forever,

It will help you to relax every day and so you take this energy with you,

It will stay with you forever and it will help you to relax faster than ever.

Just close your eyes every time you want to relax and deep breathe in and out,

That's all you have to do.

Enjoy these moments,

Even when you come out of this meditation,

For some time you would like to stay in the same position with your eyes closed and so you are totally allowed to relax.

Everything is taken care of by universe.

Universe has your back and is working hard to help you to ease up your life.

Suddenly life seems to be the most easiest thing ever and suddenly you enjoy every moment of your life,

Filled with thankfulness and gratitude,

Filled with ease and peace,

Deep breathing in and out every moment to relax faster and faster.

All the hurdles seem to be solving on their own with this relaxation and so you are invited to relax yourself each and every day.

Now when you are ready we will come out of this meditation and after some time you can start your daily work or you can drift down into sleep,

If you are listening to this at night.

We will step out,

Open your eyes on the reclining chair and stand up from that reclining chair,

Feeling the orb of light around you,

Walk on to this beautiful beach enjoying the scene of the sea waves,

You feel more and more relaxed walking down the beach and now you turn right to come back to the life and so walking down next 10 steps will bring you back into the life where you are sitting or lying down here.

I will count down from 10 to 1 and with 1 you will be fully awake and ready to get back to your daily work.

Walking down towards you right to the road with 10,

Coming back,

Taking this soothing with you,

Enjoying each moment,

8,

7,

6,

Coming back to the road,

Crossing it,

5,

Walking down into your daily life,

4,

3,

Almost there into the awareness of your room and environment around you right now,

2,

Ready to get up with the 1,

Get up,

Open your eyes and you are ready to move in your day.

You know now that you can come back to this recording every time you want to relax and feel the ease,

This is your personal sanctuary where you ease down every hurdle,

Where every hurdle sorts out on its own and thus you enjoy this moment,

Everything is taken care of by universe.

Let's get back to our daily work or drift down into sleep if you are listening to this at the night,

Live in light,

Enjoy life and have fun.
