When you are ready,

Close your eyes and relax.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Inhale deeply all the white light around you and exhale out all the darkness.

Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Keep this rhythm going on as long as you want.

Take another deep breath in and out through your mouth.

And as you deep breath in you are inhaling white light around you 360 degrees and exhaling out all the darkness that needs to be away.

You are giving up all that doesn't serve you.

Relax yourself and enjoy this moment of deep breathing in and out.

You can feel that little tingling around your third eye because your mind is relaxing deeply.

You might feel that tingling around in your body.

Wherever there are pain,

There is some stiffness.

It will be dissolving out of your mouth.

So keep deep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Relaxing you even more and more.

Healing your body.

And as you deep breath in and you see a beautiful pink light in front of you.

Exhale out all the darkness.

You feel a beautiful,

Crisp,

Pink,

Shiny light in front of you.

It looks like a peach color from far away but slowly this color and this light is coming closer and closer to you.

And as it comes closer and closer,

It is expanding.

And as it expands,

You feel calm.

This is beautiful pink color.

The color of rose quartz and the energy of rose quartz.

Feel that energy entering your head.

Feel that light entering your head,

Your crown chakra and softening all the nerves,

Every cell of your brain,

Your eyes,

Your nose,

Your mouth.

It is filling up and relaxing each and every nerve of your face and you feel more and more relaxed and calm.

Take a deep breath in and let out with a sigh.

And all the tension in your head is out.

This divine pink light of unconditional love is filling your head and coming down to your neck.

And as it comes down and filling up your neck,

You feel burst of light,

Burst of love in your neck area.

Inside and out.

Your aura is covered with this light.

Whatever tension you hold,

Let it go.

Let it go.

Every tension is loosing up and going out through your head.

While this pink light is filling up your every nerve,

Every cell of your body and relaxing you down deeper and deeper.

This pink light falling and reaching to your shoulders and arms,

Covering them inside and out.

Slowly dropping down,

Relaxing your shoulders and arms and every nerve of your arms and shoulders is relaxing down.

You don't need to carry all that burden of hardships,

All struggles of guilt,

Of anger,

That you have to achieve something.

Let it go.

You already attain everything.

You have everything.

You are abundant.

And this loving light of crystal rose quartz is filling you up.

Feel that vibration relaxing each and every nerve and numbing down your body,

Now this energy of pink light,

Divine rose quartz energy is going down into your heart,

Your chest area.

And as it enters your heart chakra and upper heart chakra,

You feel like that joy that is unexplainable.

You might have errands to do but right now in this moment,

Pink light of rose quartz is going down into your thighs and knees,

Traveling slowly,

Covering everything inside and out your body,

If you have pain in your knees,

This unconditional love is filling up your knees with loving energy and healing them as well.

Feel that little tingling if you have pain in your knees and healing your knees,

Relaxing them down and going down into your calves.

Our legs take care of our body.

They hold all this pain and we are thankful to our legs for holding this body,

For rooting us down into the earth.

Relaxing down,

Your calves are calm,

Numb and relaxing even more and more.

And now covering your ankles and your feet,

This divine pink light,

The energy of rose quartz is healing every bit of your body.

Every bit of your body is now covered with this divine light,

Pink,

Shiny rose quartz energy.

All inside you and around you.

And as you feel this light,

As you breathe into this light and energy,

Your heart is filling up with more and more energy of unconditional love and you fall in love with yourself even deeper.

Learning to spend some time on your hobbies or things that you love to learn or do.

All the darkness is taken care of and transmuted into the light from the spiral of your existence.

The spiral of your existence is clean,

Clear and deleted from all the negativity and merged into light and as it transmutes into light,

You are one with just that divine light we all are held holding right now.

It's all transmuting into light.

Covering you with divine light.

Now this pink light is creating a powerful shield around you so that only love and light can enter you.

Unconditional love can enter you and your energy fields.

You are protected and filled up with this divine love.

See a beautiful pink protection around you throughout your body.

It is expanding slow to six feet.

And as it expands to this six feet area,

All your centers,

Energy centers,

And aura is enveloped with this divine shield of pink light of love.

From now on,

This shield will protect you,

Will protect you from all the negative energies that are not meant for you.

And help you to heal yourself faster.

Help you to love yourself even deeper.

Just close your eyes and feel that pink light anytime that you like.

And you will be taken care of.
