Eerie and beautiful

I just read your description. This was very lonely. This put me outside in a snowstorm, with the wind howling in my ears. I was alone and just trudging along, knowing I needed to keep moving but wanting to just give up. It was very eye opening, because I realize that I can sit, with just myself and my mind, alone, and I (it) can be ok. This was relaxing in a sad kind of way. I think the sadness came from the loneliness this brought out. I loved the way you brought me out of this in the end. This was a great meditation. Thank you. 💗🙏🏻
