Allow this meditation to guide you into a good night's sleep.
You can start by practicing what I call your ABC's.
You're just going to have an attitude of nonchalance,
Nothing to do,
Nothing to solve.
That's the A,
Attitude of nonchalance.
Embrace it.
Tonight I release all that has happened in my day.
I let it go.
It is no longer happening.
In this moment,
I am preparing for a good night's sleep.
Very good.
My brain is preparing to sleep.
My heart is preparing to sleep.
My gut is preparing for sleep.
And then B,
Beliefs.
Suspend your beliefs.
Let go of what you believe needs to happen in this moment.
Trust that your brain and body knows what to do.
And maybe it hasn't done it the right way for you in the past,
But it will.
It wants to.
It just needs to be safe.
In order to feel safe,
You must suspend beliefs.
The messages you heard about your body,
About your life,
About you,
You can let that go too.
Nothing to hold on to,
Just be.
Have an attitude of nonchalance.
Suspend your beliefs.
Just be.
Be in this moment.
And in this moment,
You are comfortable.
That's the C.
Just get comfortable.
Even if the conditions aren't ideal,
Find the most comfortable spot you can in this moment.
I suspend my beliefs of what it should have been.
I let go of what it could have been.
I let go of what I didn't know.
I let go.
And it's okay to let go.
So I can get comfortable and connect.
Just connect with your breath.
Just notice it.
Notice it.
You don't have to do anything to change it,
Just be with the breath.
And just like your breath works on its own,
So does your sleep.
Your brain knows to breathe.
It's normal.
It's natural.
And so is sleep.
It's normal.
It's natural.
As you connect with the breath,
Connect to your breath.
Connect to your breath.
Very good.
And if you like,
Go ahead and slow down your breath.
You are in complete control.
As you breathe in,
Slowly breathe out.
And as you breathe in,
Send that air down to your belly.
If you don't know how,
That's okay,
Just practice slowly,
You'll get it.
Trust your brain.
Just slowly breathe in,
Having an attitude of nonchalance.
Filling up your belly and then letting it out slowly through your mouth.
No rush.
Take your time.
Just be comfortable.
Connect with your breath.
Be with it.
Be with the sounds around you.
As you sink into the surface underneath you,
Everything is starting to fade.
It'll be there tomorrow and you'll be stronger.
Remember,
In this moment,
It's time to sleep.
I know it doesn't always come easy for you.
But it's becoming easier.
Every day.
In every way.
You are willing to do what it takes to sleep peacefully.
To manifest peaceful sleep.
And the way you manifest peaceful sleep is just be.
Release.
Let go.
And I know you want to hold on to it.
Let it loose.
Release it.
Breathe.
Connect with your breath.
Very good.
There you go.
Deeper.
You are almost there.
As you sink into the surface underneath you,
Maybe you feel heavier.
Maybe you feel lighter.
Feel sleepy.
It's okay.
There's actually nothing for you to do.
There's nothing for me to do.
It all happens for me.
All I have to do is let go.
Let go of the remains of the day.
Let go of figuring out tomorrow.
Let go of the past hurt and pain.
Be here right now in this moment.
And in this moment,
You are falling asleep.
Yes,
You are.
You're listening to the sound of my voice and all the sounds around you.
Even the sound of the silence.
Listen to that constant sound.
And each sound brings you more calm,
More peaceful,
And more relaxed.
And connect with that sound.
Connect with your breath.
I am here with you.
You are safe.
You are not alone.
I am here with you.
Together.
Nice.
Peaceful.
Manifest a good,
Peaceful night's sleep.
I know you can do it.
Because it's all happening for you.
There's actually nothing for you to do but just be.
