Welcome to this guided meditation for positivity.

This meditation is designed to help you cultivate a sense of positivity and joy and to help you overcome any challenges or obstacles that you may be facing.

So let's take a moment to find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or to lie down and just allow yourself to settle into that space.

Before we begin let's just take a deep breath in and then let it out slowly.

Close your eyes and take a few more deep breaths focusing on the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body.

Allow your breath to become slower and deeper with each inhale and exhale.

As you continue to breathe visualize a bright light at the center of your being.

This light represents your positivity,

Your inner joy,

Your ability to create a positive filling life for yourself.

Take a moment to focus on this light and allow it to grow and expand each breath.

Feel it filling every part of your body,

Top of your head,

The tips of your toes.

Allow the light to radiate out from you illuminating your surrounding positivity.

Everything now bring to mind something that makes you feel happy,

Content,

Person,

Place,

Just a feeling.

Visualize this thing or experience in as much detail as possible using all of your senses.

See the colors,

Hear the sounds,

Feel the textures,

Taste the flavors and smell the scents.

As you immerse yourself in this positive experience allow your gratitude and joy to expand and fill your entire being.

Take a few deep breaths and allow this feeling of positivity and contentment to permeate every cell of your body.

Bring to mind a challenge or obstacle that you are currently facing in your life.

See it clearly in your mind's eye but instead of feeling overwhelmed,

Discouraged visualize yourself overcoming this obstacle.

Imagine yourself moving forward.

Feel the positivity and resilience knowing that you can overcome any challenge.

Now bring to mind a person or situation that you find challenging or negative.

See this person or situation clearly but instead of feeling angry,

Frustrated or resentful visualize yourself responding with kindness,

Passion,

Understanding.

Imagine yourself holding space for this person or situation with a sense of calm and positivity.

Feel the responding to negativity or visualize yourself surrounded by a warm golden light.

This light represents the positivity and abundance that is available to you at all times.

Imagine yourself basking in this light.

Feel its warm radiance enveloping you.

Take a few deep breaths and allow this feeling of positivity and abundance to fill your entire being.

Now take a moment to acknowledge the intention that you set at the beginning of this meditation.

Know that you have to create a positive and fulfilling life for yourself.

You are capable of overcoming any challenges.

Now start to become aware of your surroundings.

Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

When you are ready,

Take one final deep breath and hold it for a few seconds.

As you exhale,

Release any tension or negativity that you may be holding onto.

Now slowly open your eyes,

Acknowledge your surroundings and enjoy the rest of your day.
