Hello.

I'd like for you to get relaxed and comfortable.

Losing those eyes.

Preparing your mind and body for peaceful sleep.

Breathe in slowly and exhale completely.

Noticing how in each moment,

Your body can begin to soften.

Letting go of the edges.

No longer clinging or holding.

Feel the whole body begin to soften.

Sensations.

Feelings.

It's all happening by itself.

Feel the spaciousness.

Each breath in allows the body to float.

In this vast space of awareness.

Aware of the sound of my voice.

Aware of the gentle breath.

Letting your mind become this great expansion of space.

Allowing the thoughts to float away.

Each feeling changing.

Dissolving in the vastness.

Each breath dropping you down into sleep.

That's it.

Drifting into a place of deep slumber and rest.

Becoming less and less aware of the hips and torso.

Simply becoming less and less aware of you.

A feeling of no feeling.

You can sense and feel.

Even become aware of the rising and falling of your chest.

And then drifting and floating back down,

Down,

Down.

A comfortable place.

A feeling of no feeling.

Peacefully relaxed.

The body entering into the deepest realm of sleep.

Just checking out.

Resting comfortably.

Where even the background music strikes a chord with you.

It's the chord of sleep.

Deep,

Restful,

Relaxing sleep.

Drifting and floating.

Resting and relaxing.

Allowing your imagination to take off into an infinite number of directions.

Becoming less and less aware of your current space.

Of your current time.

Becoming more and more aware of this inner space.

Which is endless,

Limitless and free.

Becoming less and less aware of the body.

And more aware of your mind.

As it drifts in dreams.

A feeling of no feeling enters into your mind.

Your powerful mind is working for you.

To let go of the physical body.

And drift into the ideal sleep for you.

A deep,

Restful,

Relaxing sleep.

Allowing you to become less and less aware of the body.

A feeling of no feeling.

To just rest comfortably.

And if you feel any sensations,

You can breathe into it.

And feel the sensation slowly dissolve.

Comfortably melt away.

To just rest.

Turn off the switch in your mind.

Turning off the switch of all sensations.

Turning off the switch of all feelings in those legs and arms.

To just rest comfortably.

You breathe peacefully.

And all sensations melt away from your mind.

Gone from your thoughts.

And your body is ready for deep sleep.

A feeling of no feeling.

And when you feel a sensation,

You can turn the switch to off in your mind.

That's it.

So there is a feeling of no feeling.

A sensation of no sensation.

Perfectly safe and secure.

Drifting into a comfortable,

Sound sleep.

Enjoy that feeling of no feeling.

Knowing there is no longer any reason for you to keep trying to sleep.

You just do.

You dream.

Undress.

Safe and secure.

Loved and adored.

Let go.

Drift into sleep.

Turning the switch to off.

A wonderful feeling.

Of no feeling at all.

That's it.

No edges anywhere.

Limitless.

Body soft.

Sensations floating in this vast space of nothingness.

Mind slowing down.

Let the edges of the body,

Of the mind,

Melt into the vastness.

A sensation of no sensation.

A feeling of no feeling.

This enormous,

Open space.

Where you can sleep.

A peaceful,

Sound sleep.

Safe and secure.

Loved and adored.

I got you.

I'll watch over you.

So you can sleep.

Sleep.

Peaceful sleep.

Letting all interference fade away.

All distractions.

Flow off into the background.

With the flip of a switch.

And it's gone.

Sleep.

A peaceful,

Sound sleep.

That's it.

Sleep.

Sleep.

Sleep.
