You can let them just float up and away like bubbles.
And each thought that enters the mind is allowed to pass away.
To float away.
To drift.
Each breath you take is unique.
Just experience the breath.

The mind thinks by itself.
It's just a simple observation.
Allowing the body to rise and fall.
The whole process occurring by itself.
Just observing moment to moment.
And then letting it go.

Your awareness.
Float within your heart.

And feel the divine well-being.

You are the presence of peace.
You act in a calm and peaceful way.
In any situation.
Breathe in that feeling of calmness.
Within your heart.
Within your spirit.
Within your soul.
And channel this peace from the universe.
Channel this serenity from the universe.
Breathe it in.
See and feel it blend with you.
Weave through you.
Calming you now.
