Take a comfortable position.
Make sure you will be free of any distractions for at least 12 to 14 minutes.
So when you're ready,
Begin to relax by taking a couple of deep,
Full breaths.
Letting your exhalation be real.
A letting go breath.
Now invite your body and mind to begin to release and relax any tension you may be holding.
With each out breath.
Allow your relaxation to happen naturally.
Easily.
Merely allow yourself to feel comfortable and at ease.
Sensing a pleasant,
Comfortable sensation of relaxation.
And really feel it deepening within your body.
As your mind becomes quiet.
Still and at ease.
And in this space.
You know that life is full of many changes and transitions.
And right now you are living in a time of change.
You are standing at a crossroad in your life.
You can go down the low road of discouragement and frustration or depression.
Or could you take the high road?
The road full of choices and different perceptions about life.
It is my desire and for you my friend to choose the high road.
It is time for you to release the old,
Limiting beliefs.
It is time to learn a new way of thinking,
Feeling and believing.
You know as well as I that the loneliness,
Anger,
Fear or pain are all parts of the old fear syndrome.
It is like a nasty web has been woven and you are stuck.
And with a closer observation,
Choices,
Ideas and inspirations just might bubble to the surface of your consciousness.
And you realize that you really are no longer stuck.
The web is merely an illusion.
A figment of your imagination.
And that you can choose to change.
You can choose to move from fear into love.
You can learn to go within and to rediscover that you have always had the power to change yourself and your perception of life.
For you my friend,
No longer need to be a victim.
You can choose thoughts and beliefs that lead to freedom and liberation.
You can learn to take responsibility for your life.
You can respond to life in ways that empower you and make a positive difference.
Not only for yourself,
But for this world.
Only you can affirm and focus in this space that you are in the most wonderful time of transition.
You are in the most wonderful time of transition.
The universe loves and adores you.
And you will find a sense of relief.
If you affirm and focus on that right now.
You simply have to ask.
Believe and trust.
And know that it will be given.
A sense of relief can just be around the very next corner.
It's as simple as changing our perception.
So in this moment,
As you breathe,
Affirm and focus on a sense of relief.
Feel a sense of relief.
And be willing to change.
