And I'm finding it easier to motivate myself to exercise.

A little bit of something is better than a lot of nothing.

I'm spending less time on the couch.

I'm finding ways to walk more.

I'm finding the time to exercise.

I am making the time to exercise.

Even if I sit on the couch and watch television,

I can exercise.

It feels great to exercise on a regular basis.

If I want to stretch in front of the TV,

I can stretch.

I am finding unique ways to exercise my body.

I am discovering new exercise routines and apps.

It feels great when I exercise on a regular basis.

I am finally looking after myself.

I am taking care of myself.

I am listening to my body.

Keeping my body healthy and fit is becoming extremely important to me.
