This is a Guided Deep Sleep Meditation With Affirmations. The affirmations focus on boosting your confidence and assertiveness to take care of yourself, stand up for yourself, and set healthy boundaries. This session starts with a guided meditation before it moves into empowering affirmations and statements, and then ends with pure 432 Hz music with 3,5 Hz delta binaural beats for deep sleep. Many people will fall asleep before the affirmations start. They are intentionally lower in volume compared to the first guided part of this audio, but you can still hear them. However, you don´t have to pay attention to them. Your subconscious mind will absorb and reinforce the words while awake or in deep sleep.
