All too often, we go about our day without giving ourselves the care and loving attention we so deserve. When we do not know what is occurring in the body, it becomes easy to cross our own boundaries. In order to respect our bodies, we must listen to our bodies first. The aim of this meditation is to cultivate curiosity and observe the body from a place of non-judgment, simply listening to what your body has to say to you. Music composed by Scott Buckley.
