Dropping in a grounding cord deep into the core of the earth,

Creating that micro orbit breath.
And now locating your first chakra,
The root chakra,
Located right at your pubic bone,
The color of the chakra is red,
And begin now to spin that sphere of red light open,
Spinning it from left to right,
Opening up that red root chakra,
Clearing the root chakra,
Feeling into that vibrant ruby red color as you spin from left to right,
Just opening and cleansing the root chakra.
And the root chakra is your foundation,
Your feeling of being grounded,
Feeling safe,
Secure.

Your sacral chakra,
Located just an inch below your belly button,

This is the center of your creativity,

And your connections to others in relationship.

And calling in,

It is my birthright to receive pleasure and have my needs met.
And when that feels complete,
Moving up to your third chakra,
Your solar plexus,
Located right at the base of your rib cage.
And the color of this chakra is a bright sunshine yellow,
The center of your power and your will.
And now opening and clearing that chakra by spinning that beautiful bright sphere of yellow light open from left to right.

And calling in,

Moving up now to your fourth chakra,
Your heart chakra.
The color is a rich emerald green.
It's the center of unconditional love and compassion,

Opening and clearing your heart chakra now.
I allow love to fill me up and guide me in all my actions.

Moving up now to your fifth chakra,
The throat chakra.
That center in the middle of your throat,
The color is a rich deep blue.
The center of your communication,
Your voice.
Spinning that open now from left to right,

I speak my truth.
I communicate with ease and compassion.
My voice is heard.

Clearing and calling in to your throat chakra now.
Moving up to your sixth chakra,
Your third eye located right there in between your eyebrows.
The color of this chakra is a royal purple.
It's the center of your focus,
Your intuition,
The ability to see the big picture,
Your clairvoyance,

Just letting it open like a shade on a window.

Now moving up to your seventh chakra,
Your crown chakra.
The center of your connection to your higher self,

The universe is kind and loving.
