Cosmic Connection

This meditation takes you on a guided journey of the Solar System to enable you to connect with the energies each Planet represents. Allowing an expanding connection to the Cosmos. Allowing a deeper connection to Spirit.

Welcome beautiful soul to Soul Service Astrology.

Get really comfortable.

You can lie down for this one.

You can be sitting upright.

But just get really comfortable.

And when you do,

Allow your awareness to settle into your space.

You're taking off your suit.

You're taking off any effort to bring you to this point in your day.

We're going to connect.

We're going to connect on the soul and the spirit plane.

Your humanness can just have a rest.

So allow your awareness now to move towards your body as you're relaxing,

As you're resting,

As you're getting really comfortable.

Your feet relax.

Your ankles relax.

Your calves relax.

Your knees relax.

Your hips relax.

Your torso,

Your tummy,

Your low back.

If you need support under your knees,

Place some cushions under your knees.

Take the pressure off your low back.

Take a deep breath and feel your belly as you move into your torso.

Exhale.

Allow the belly to move back towards the spine.

And you move up towards your chest,

Your heart,

Your lungs.

Up across your shoulders,

Down to the tips of your fingers,

Up into your neck.

Relax your neck.

If you're lying down,

The neck doesn't need to hold up your heavy,

Heavy head.

It gets to rest.

It gets to relax.

The human body gets to have a rest as we journey to the spirit realm.

You move up through your face.

You relax your jaw,

Through your teeth,

Your tongue,

Your throat,

Into the back of your nose,

Your sinuses,

Your eyes.

Your eyes relax.

Your third eye and your temple relaxes,

Your forehead relaxes.

You are now completely present within your body.

And now you're deepening to the breath.

You inhale.

Allow the belly to expand.

Notice the pause.

And then you exhale and the belly falls back towards the spine.

And you notice the pause.

Do that two more times with your own breath.

Inhale,

Pause,

Exhale,

Pause.

Inhale,

Pause,

Exhale,

Pause.

And now you're completely present with your breath.

And you see a beautiful white light start to emerge at your heart center.

It's swirling and it's growing.

And it's like hundreds of tiny billions of suns starting to radiate out across your chest.

Down your torso,

Up through your throat and your neck.

Down your arms to your fingertips,

Down through your torso,

Your pelvis,

Down through the thighs,

The knees,

The calves,

The ankles,

The feet,

Up through the head.

And in the next instant,

You are shining with your light.

And this light knows no bounds,

So it continues to move ever outwards into the subtle realms,

Into the invisible plane,

Connecting with the air and the earth as it does.

And you continue to expand ever outwards with each and every single breath down into the earth,

Up into the atmosphere,

Across the suburb you're in,

Across the city,

The town,

The county,

The state.

You can feel yourself,

The subtle realm,

Your light knows no bounds,

Moves across the state,

Moves across the country,

Moves across the oceans.

And then in the next instant,

You see yourself as planet earth.

And you can see the earth and you hold it in deep,

Deep gratitude because it's your home.

And then you can feel the sun shining on you and you feel the energy and the warmth and the passion from our star and everything that it gives us.

And you feel a deep,

Deep sense of appreciation for our sun.

And as your vision now expands across the solar system,

We move beyond our earth.

Your energy continues to expand.

You are now earth and we move out and we connect with the moon.

And you feel the moon,

The waxing and the waning,

The growing and the renewing.

You stand on the moon and you can see across the rest of the solar system back towards the sun and out to the furthest reaches.

And you know,

You can feel your energy calling for more.

You know,

The moon and the earth is your home and you feel at home supported,

Held,

Connected.

But you desire to be connected to the cosmos,

Calling in spirit,

Calling in soul,

Calling in the unified field.

You connect with Mercury closest to the sun and you feel your throat and you bless it.

You bless your throat center.

You feel yourself as the teacher.

You feel heard and valued.

And then you keep progressing towards Venus.

And you feel Venus and you feel valuable.

You feel your desires.

You feel connected,

Balanced and aligned.

You connect with Venus and then you can see the earth and the moon and you move around our beautiful planet and its moon.

And then you can see Mars.

It's red,

Fiery,

Dry.

And you feel the warrior rise in you.

You can feel your desire to do.

You can feel action,

Movement,

Pace.

And you connect with that warrior energy as you move and connect with Mars.

Your spirit is connecting with everything that there is within this solar system.

And then you encounter the asteroid belt and you navigate it with ease.

And you move beyond and you connect with the largest planet in our solar system,

Jupiter.

Oh,

It's enormous.

It's expansive.

It's beyond belief.

And you connect with your deep gratefulness for all the dreams you've ever made come true.

And you feel into all your potential.

Connecting with Jupiter and then ever outwards we move and we connect with Saturn.

And you feel like a queen walking to her throne on her mountaintop.

And you feel all your resilience,

All your effort,

All your time,

All your knowledge.

It consolidates down and you feel like the queen of your domain.

A leader.

Benevolent.

And you feel a deep sense of gratitude for all the success you've been able to create in your life.

And you keep moving out to connect with all the planets.

And you feel so deeply grateful for their presence.

And you feel your energy expanding with each breath across the solar system.

You feel Chiron.

You feel into your individuality,

Your quirks.

You connect and feel proud of anything that you've overcome in your life.

So proud.

So deeply connected.

So healed.

And you keep moving and you connect with Uranus.

And you feel into your inner child.

You feel into your vision.

And you feel it bubbling in you.

It's playful,

But so big.

You can also feel yourself receiving information from not quite sure where,

But you just know it and trust it.

You can feel change.

You love change with Uranus.

And you're deeply grateful for any hard changes that you may have made in your life.

You're deeply grateful for any community and collective that you're a part of.

And then you keep moving outwards.

Towards Neptune.

Blue,

Blue Neptune.

Watery Neptune.

And you feel yourself connected to everything there is.

It's almost like in an instant you've connected across the cosmos,

Across the galaxy and across the universe.

And you feel at one with it all.

You can feel the magic flowing through you.

And then as you make your way out to the Krupula Belt and the dwarf planets.

Pluto.

You can feel the cycle of life move through you.

You can feel a deep sense of gratitude when events that beyond your control have transformed you so deeply.

You're grateful,

Even though at the time it may have felt hard.

You're grateful for those events.

And you just stay with that deep connection to all there is.

Deeply connected to the solar system.

Deeply connected to our galaxy,

The Milky Way.

And then,

Deeply connected to all there is.

The essence of the cosmos.

The essence of spirit.

And you feel it within each and every cell.

And then in your mind's eye you see a cell.

And you see the solar system and the Milky Way reflected in your cell.

And you see it reflected in every single cell of your body.

And then you see yourself lying or sitting there.

And you know where we have been is you and you are it.

And so it is.

And it is so.

Wiggling the fingers and the toes.

And you bring yourself back into this time and this space.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose.

Exhale out through the mouth.

Knowing that you are deeply connected to the cosmos.
