Hello and welcome to Soul Service Astrology.
This journey is going to guide you through a season of rot and transformation.
So make sure you're sitting in a comfortable position,
Your spine is up,
Chest is open.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth with an audible sigh,
Letting all the effort go.
Let's do that again.
Inhale through your nose,
Allow your belly to expand,
Allow your shoulders to release,
Allow your jaw to relax and as you exhale out,
Handing over any more of that effort that you no longer wish to carry.
Noticing the pause at the end of that exhale,
Bringing yourself into this space and this place.
Inhale one more time through the nose,
Hold it at the top,
Perhaps four counts and then as you exhale,
Audible sound.
Let it all that has been required until this point leases.
Allow your breath to return to a natural.
Your eyes can be closed or you can have a gentle.
As we were breathing,
We were connecting in with that spiritual cycle.
Now bring your awareness into your heart,
Your anatomical heart and your lungs.
Pour all your awareness into this space.
See a brilliant light start to shine out of your heart and this light expands throughout your heart,
All the muscles.
The light moves towards the lungs with the blood.
The blood is all lit up.
The lungs in the next breath are all lit up.
You feel this light starting to expand throughout your respiratory system.
The blood flows back to the heart and in the next instant,
The next breath,
The blood moves down through your entire body,
Up through your neck and your head and your entire venous system,
Vascular system is illuminated with this beautiful beauty.
And that light continues to expand into every layer of your body.
You can still feel your body.
You can still feel yourself sitting in the chair in which you're sitting.
You're still breathing calm.
You just feel yourself glorious and illuminated throughout every layer of your being.
And the light moves down into the earth.
You call in earth,
You honour it,
You respect it.
You remember something that you ate today,
Something natural,
Vegetable or a fruit,
A grain and how that food from the earth has now become a part of you and you say thank you.
And your light,
Your energy continues to expand into the earth's crust,
Across all the layers of the continents,
Throughout all geology.
And then you feel a dampness in the earth's crust.
One drop,
Two drops,
Three drops,
Four,
Until you feel yourself in a vast underground,
Buoyant,
Cleansed,
And you swallow and you taste the saliva in the back of your throat.
And you understand that you are that vast aquifer.
You understand you are the lake,
The stream,
The river and the ocean.
And you feel yourself now deeply connected with the water across our beautiful planet.
And you say thank you for replenishing me.
Thank you for cleansing me.
Inhale again through your nose,
Allow your belly to expand.
Take that element of air into your lungs,
Into the branches of your lungs.
And as you exhale,
You give that air back to our planet.
In this beautiful symbiotic cycle,
Connected to the element of air that electrifies and inspires and enables a miasmic connection to all that is.
And then in the next instant,
You see yourself as the earth.
You're connected to the earth,
The water,
The air.
You feel the sun's rays shining on you.
You are that heat.
You are that passion and that fire and that directness.
And you acknowledge and honour the sun and say thank you for creating me.
And in that moment,
As you now see yourself as the elements of this planet,
You're in a natural location,
A forest,
The bush.
And it's close to where you live.
See it,
Smell it,
Hear it,
Feel it,
Know it in your bones.
And you're barefoot.
And you're walking on the bare earth.
And you're walking down a well-worn path.
This is a path from your home.
This place that we are going is connected to your home.
This place that we are going is easy for you to access.
There is a clear path.
You have been here before.
It is a path that you need to walk down every season,
Every season of rot.
And as you walk down this pathway,
You notice leaves on the ground.
You know the earth.
Notice the earth under your feet is a little bit damper than normal.
You see the trees starting to change colour.
Or perhaps the trees aren't doing much at all.
The birds are a little bit quieter.
And the sun a little bit lower in the sky.
Beautiful dappled.
And you come into a circle.
It's a clearing in this natural location,
Not far from your home,
Easy to get to.
And at the centre of this clearing,
At the centre of this circle,
Is a compost heap.
And as soon as I've mentioned that,
Notice what your compost heap is like.
What comes up for you as soon as I mention that?
Is the compost heap big?
Is it little?
What's in it?
What stage of decay is it at?
Does it have a smell?
Is the smell enjoyable or is the smell not enjoyable?
We're walking around our compost heap,
Signalling that we're ready to put something into our compost heap.
Maybe it's not just one thing.
Maybe it's a whole bucket of things that has to go into our compost heap.
And you continue to walk around in a circle.
Perhaps your arms are shaking.
Perhaps your feet are tapping.
Perhaps your humming and chanting.
Perhaps you're running or dancing.
It's now time to step into your compost heap.
It's now time to pour that bucket on top or to get the fork or the aerator and give it a spin and a turn.
See,
Hear,
Feel and know what you are here to do.
To tend to your compost heap.
To place energy to rot so that the new regenerated can start to disintegrate,
Dissolve,
Decompose and come back renewed.
I'm going to move into silence now as you spend some time with your compost heap.
Perhaps you're in it.
Perhaps you're digging through it.
Perhaps you're just listening to it.
Listen with your subtle intelligence.
See,
Hear,
Feel,
Know what this compost heap desires to tell you.
I'm going to move into silence now for one minute.
You step out of your compost heap.
Perhaps you start to rub your hands together as you stand next to your compost heap.
Perhaps the dancing is slowing.
Perhaps the running is slowing.
Perhaps the weaving and walking is slowing.
Place your hand on your heart.
You feel your body.
You feel your breath and you say thank you,
Thank you.
And you keep your hand on your heart as you continue up the path to your home,
This well-known path.
You feel lighter knowing that something,
Some things have gone into your compost heap.
And you walk all the way back to your home.
You walk back into this time and this space.
Perhaps your hand is still on your heart.
Grateful that you've had this moment.
You've received this information during this season of rot and transformation.
You can gently open your eyes and take a deep breath.
Rub your hands on your thighs and welcome back into this time and this space and this place.
