This meditation will bring you into the present moment and then offer you some affirmations to feed your creative genius. After you let the affirmations sink in, you will be given an oppotrunity to rest and simply absorb the creative energy of this state.

Come to a seat and sit quietly,

Closing your eyes and drawing your attention inwards.

Breathe in deeply,

Feeling the air moving from your nose and mouth into your chest,

And then into your belly.

Now relax and exhale.

No need to force the action of breathing.

Simply notice as your breath leaves your body.

Let's take two more breaths.

Inhale through the mouth,

Into the chest,

And into the belly.

And out from the belly,

Then the chest,

Then the mouth.

One more time.

In,

Out.

Now that you are here in the present moment,

I will offer some affirmations.

Feel free to repeat them or simply listen and see how the words are received by your body.

Today,

There are no bounds as to what I am capable of creating.

The universe makes itself manifest through me.

My authenticity and knowledge of what is skillful act as the fertile ground in which my dreams can grow into reality.

I am the master of my own life,

Capable and eager to engage in my work,

My relationships,

And the world around me.

Today,

I will give abundantly because I know the more I give,

The more I will receive in return.

Today,

I will love abundantly because I know the more I love,

The more I will receive love in return.

I am unlimited.

My potential is boundless.

Feel the energy of this creative potential throughout your body.

Maybe you feel a tingling in your hands or fingers,

Or perhaps you feel warmth at the center of your chest or between your eyes.

Relax into these sensations,

Or if nothing stands out,

Simply relax into stillness.

Come back to this place,

This feeling,

This state of mind throughout the day.

I will leave you for a bit to simply marinate in this creative energy field.

When the meditation is over,

I will ring a bell three times to bring you back.
