And welcome to the one minute meditation.
You may either lie down or sit upright in a chair for this meditation.
Whichever way you choose,
Just ensuring that your body is alert yet relaxed.
I'd now like to invite you to close your eyes or just softening your gaze.
We'll begin by taking a few deep breaths together.
Allowing yourself to notice the sensation of your breath.
Maybe it's the rise and fall of your belly or your chest.
Just allowing yourself to just be.
If your mind wanders off,
It's okay.
Just gently bringing your attention back to the sensation of your breath.
And as we come to a close,
Asking yourself,
What will make this a successful day for me?
You may now open your eyes.
