Welcome and thank you for choosing to listen to this meditation.
This meditation can help you to call your baby into being.
Call your baby Earthside.
Whether your baby is born a few minutes,
Days,
Weeks,
Months or years from now,
You can choose to follow your breath and connect.
Follow your breath as you breathe in deeply.
Breathe in love,
Security and sanctuary.
Breathe out thanks and praise.
And each time you breathe in,
Noticing perhaps where the breath goes.
Noticing perhaps what happens around your navel area as you breathe deeply.
Allowing the breath to expand from behind your navel area all the way up to your throat and beyond your head and down to your feet and beyond.
Expanding beyond you and exhaling thanks and praise.
Noticing perhaps that each breath in is deeper and longer than the last breath.
And taking yourself in your mind's eye,
However you choose to do that,
Because you are in control.
It can be a sense,
A feeling,
A knowing of being somewhere.
Somewhere safe and secure.
Knowing that you absolutely are.
And this place can be real or imagined because you are in control.
And this place is safe and secure and everything is perfect in that environment.
Even the temperature,
The fragrances,
The sounds,
Anything that is around you.
And gaze upon something beautiful that makes you feel full of wonder,
Joy and hope.
And fill your heart with joy.
And take the time to breathe in love,
Security and sanctuary.
And exhale thanks and praise as you breathe in the love and exhale the thanks.
And breathe all this into your child,
Your baby,
At any point of their existence.
Be they on the way now or in the future.
Fill every cell of your baby with love,
Security and joy.
See your child in your mind's eye.
Feel the weight of your child in your arms.
See your child smile.
Brighten up your whole life.
Feel your child breathe.
See their tummy rise and fall with each breath.
And think on perhaps the times when you planted a bulb like a daffodil or a tulip.
Or it could be something to eat like garlic or onion.
But you know whatever you planted,
You had to wait and wait and wait.
While in the mystery of the dark place,
A miracle would happen.
And you would win your prize of a healthy,
Beautiful daffodil or tulip.
Or whatever it was that you planted.
Because you were patient while trusting the universe to do its work.
Just as your baby will grow from the size of a poppy seed to the size of a sesame seed to the size of a lentil.
And beyond,
Beyond until you can see and feel your perfectly formed,
Healthy child in your mind's eye.
Plan the games you will play.
Think of the books you will share.
Read into them,
Teach in them.
Dream of the fun you will have.
Experience the cuddles you will give and receive.
Give thanks for the joy to come.
Feel this feeling,
The joy and love within your heart.
And let it radiate over your whole being.
As you bring yourself back to your normal surroundings.

But you can listen again as often as you like.
