Energy Field Exercise 1.
If you are not already aware of your energy field,
Follow this exercise.
Get comfortable sitting on a chair or cross-legged on the floor.
Take a couple of easy breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and clear your mind.
Now,
Close your eyes to limit the outside distractions of light and colour.
Rub the palms of your hands together and cover your face with your hands but do not touch your face.
Keep your hands about 3 inches away.
It may take a few moments of being open to the experience to feel what takes place.
You will just have to listen for a moment but not with your ears.
Feel free to experiment a little.
Move your hands back and then closer.
During this exercise,
You probably experienced a number of things.
One of the things may have been heat out there from your hands or your face or maybe it was a spongy sort of feeling between your hands and face.
Maybe you played with the distance and felt a pressure against your hands or face as you got closer again.
All are possible experiences.
This real but unseeable part of you is your energy body.
If you played with the distances during the exercise,
You may have noticed another level of spongy resistance outside the 3 inch level at about 18 inches.
If your hands could extend further,
You might be able to feel another level of energy body at about 3 feet away.
Try this exercise again.
A few people can see energy bodies with their eyes although it often takes a lot of practice to learn.
It might help if you picture the outline of your body as a cookie cutter shape and your energy as a series of progressively larger cookie shapes around you.
Try this exercise again and see if there's a difference between your hands and your face.
