Welcome to your journey within,
Gently closing down your eyes,
Breathing deeply,
Expanding through the chest,
Arriving into this sacred space,
Every divine breath drawing you inward,
Becoming aware of your physical body,
Scanning from head to toe,
Feeling the sensations of the body,
Breathing fully,
Inviting your body to rest,
As you slowly exhale,
Releasing all effort in your body,
Inhaling spaciousness,
And exhaling as the breath washes through you,
Bringing presence,
The awareness of here and now,
Taking a moment of gratitude for your physical body,
A sacred offering of life in the earth realm,
Feeling the lightness,
The gentle buoyancy of breath,
Awakening now,
Your subtle body,
And the light within,
The universal ethers flowing through you,
Your energy field becoming larger,
Brighter with breath,
Breathing now into your heart space,
Centering into the very core of your being,
Your chest rising with the breath,
Arriving at your still point,
Your connection point,
Between all realms,
The unified field of your heart,
The portal to immeasurable love,
And the purity of source within,
Breathing as your heart's rhythm awakens the subtle,
Steady pulse of life,
Opening the sacred stargate of your heart,
An internal glow stirring within you,
The rising sun of a new day,
Your inner light radiating from your chest,
Setting your intention to align with the highest good in this now moment,
Breathing into the sphere of light,
Your radiant orb within your heart,
Glowing in the sunlight of your inner spirit,
The aurora pastels flowing the pure,
Innocent love that you are,
The softness and strength,
Uniting as one,
Breathing into your sphere of light,
And exhaling outwards,
Expanding this sphere,
Flowing outwards in all directions,
Inflating the light,
Using the power of your breath,
Growing over your body and into the space around you,
A cleansing wave of purification as the brilliant light expands outwards from your core,
Speaking your sacred decree,
I am sovereign,
This is my sacred space,
Sweeping through your entire body and field,
Invoking the rasp breath,
The audible sound of your exhale,
Expanding an atmosphere of divine love all around you,
Clearing and sweeping through all levels and layers,
Clearing all negative thoughts,
Projections and attachments,
All judgments,
Chords or imprints that may have caused depletion,
Confusion or imbalance,
The effects of the world around you,
All that has been weighing heavy upon your spirit,
Expanding your light,
Clearing away all debris and all that is no longer serving you,
Swelling your field of aurora light,
The power of love,
Resolving all lower frequencies in this now,
Dissolving all collective confusion and uncertainty,
All that is not yours to carry,
Exhaling your powerful field of divine love,
Which holds you in the light,
Cocooning you in the soft pastel energies,
Attuning every cell to the sovereign being that you truly are,
Home in your body,
In your own space,
Breathing deeply,
Igniting a strong inner and outer radiance,
As your field of light becomes brighter,
Now untangling from all contracts or agreements that are not in the highest good,
All unconscious chords or binds to other people,
Situations or events that are out of resonance with your heart,
Invoking the spirits of aurora to envelop your breath,
Your space and all that you are,
Your glowing field of brilliant light,
Your natural emanation of the heart,
I extend this clearing to all of my consciousness bodies,
In all realms and dimensions,
I am sealed in the radiant love light of my own divine heart,
And so it is.
