Hello,
My name is Katesh and I will be guiding you in this visualization,
A visualised meditation where we will go today into the garden of Mother Gaia and receive healing and at the end of the journey you will awaken refreshed and vitalised.
Begin your journey by closing your eyes and start to tune out the noise and sensations of your everyday living.
When we close our eyes to the external world we begin to quieten the internal mind and allow our mind to relax and connect with the world within.
Follow my voice and allow my voice to direct your mind so that your body can rest and awaken at the end of this guided meditation refreshed and energised.
Become aware of the heaviness of your eyelids and the flow of your breath as it goes in and out of your nose or mouth and into your lungs.
Inhale slowly and deeply.
Hold and exhale with a sigh.
Again inhale slowly and deeply.
Hold and exhale with a sigh.
And one more time.
Inhale slowly.
Hold and release completely.
Know that every sound that you hear with a part of this meditation or from your surroundings now serves to take you deeper and deeper into a relaxed state of meditation.
It's time now to go to Mother Gaia's garden of healing.
You know the way there.
The garden is beautiful and the weather is the loveliest of spring days.
The sun shines gently but radiantly upon the garden and the wind whispers lightly and gently through the trees.
There is no more relaxing place in the world.
As you enter the garden you pick up a glass umbrella by the gate.
Walk through the gate and the umbrella magically opens and with invisible string attached to your wrist it shoots up to the heavenly clouds,
Connects you to your higher self and to divine wisdom.
As you look down you notice now you are wearing the most amazing pair of shoes created by Mother Gaia herself.
They ground and calm you and connect you to the earth whilst you're in this meditation.
A butterfly.
Wait no.
It's a fairy butterfly.
Darts around your body from head to toe and sprinkles fairy dust protecting you in a bubble of energy so that during the meditation you are safe and only the energies of Mother Gaia and her garden and companions and their healing energies reach you.
Invite also if you would like your spirit guides to join you in the garden now.
As you look around the garden you notice there is a beautiful water fountain.
It's like one from your childhood,
The water parks,
Where you ran under the mushroom shaped water fountain on a hot summer's day and squealed with delight as the gentle streams of water tickled your hair and cooled you down making you feel alive with happiness and joy.
Instead of a concrete base under the fountain there is the softness of mossy grasses.
It absorbs the water and turns the molecule into the tiniest of tiny helichrysum flowers.
You want so much to go over and stand under the deliciously cool water but you wonder if you should stand on those beautiful flowers.
There's no need to worry.
The flowers,
Can you hear them?
They are beckoning to you.
Don't worry they say,
We are here to cushion your feet and impart magical healing properties.
If you have any cuts or scratches on your body and in particular on your feet the helichrysum flowers will heal those cuts so that by the end of this meditation they will be healed.
Step under the mushroom shaped water fountain going in under the water as far as is comfortable.
The water is warm and tingly on your skin.
It is infused with the healing energy and has been programmed by the fey to emit the vibration of love.
Can you see them?
They are over to your right and they are giggling and whispering to the water secret messages of love.
This energy of love is absorbed by your skin as the water touches your body.
You are overcome by the urge to stick your tongue out and taste the water.
It's the softest and sweetest water you have ever tasted.
Not sweet as in lollipop but sweet as in the taste of pure energised love.
Direct the energy of the water to any place in your body that needs some extra love today.
Stay in the water for some time feeling relaxed and letting the energy work on you in its own benevolent way.
Now look over at those cheeky fey.
They are darting over towards you.
They want to play with you.
Together you play in the water and splash each other and run in and out of the fountain and through the garden stopping to smell the fragrant flowers and running in the water again.
You are so delighted with your new found fey friends that you forget the original purpose of going into the fountain for healing.
But all the while your body is absorbing the rays of the sunshine,
The healing properties of the helichrysum flowers under your feet and the love infusion of the water.
The fey ask if there is anyone else that should be invited into the garden and into the fountain to seek its healing waters.
You pause for a moment to reflect and then in your mind's eye you realise that there is someone who should be here with you today.
Invite them in your mind now to come into the garden and partake in the healing waters.
See this person now appear in the garden and welcome them to the water.
Reassure them just like you were reassured that the water will be warm and infused with love.
It brings you joy to see how they delight just as you did when you first discovered the warmth and tingling of the water of the flowers underneath your feet.
It's wonderful to watch them delight and play with the fey.
Any health issues or limited states of ability have now been washed away and they appear before you healed and whole and surrounded and enveloped by love.
The sun has begun to set and you realise it's time for you and your friend to return home.
Take a moment to look one last time around the garden and the water fountain and your fey.
Take in the beauty of their cheeky faces.
When you are ready it is time to say goodbye to your fey friends.
You wave a final goodbye as the fey and the sun set for the day and they head back off to their homes.
You are comfortable and comforted by the knowledge that you can return as many times as you wish.
The sun and the wind blow kisses to you and your clothes are instantly dry.
When content,
Happy and well you slowly wander to the edge of the garden,
Take off your shoes and with a click of your fingers your umbrella disconnects from the heavenly clouds and comes to rest back in the same place that you found it when you entered the garden.
Allow yourself now to emerge from the visualisation from this soft dream knowing that you can always go back and the healing will continue after you awaken.
