Katie Brown is the author of Guided Relaxation - your essential guide to creating calm and the Relaxation Rainbow - guided visualisations for children. She has been teaching yoga for 24 years, is a writer, author and mother of three, so she understands the importance (and benefits) of deep relaxation! Her passion is creating Guided Relaxations – beautiful narratives with soothing breathing practices to still the mind, unravel muscle tension and heal the body.
