Bend a comfortable seat,
If you're lying down,
Cross-legged on the floor.
Take this time to really feel into the body,
Noticing and allowing any emotions that come up.
Start to focus on the breath,
The flow,
The rhythm.
Breathing in,
Feeling the air and the energy come into your body,
Filling you up.
As you breathe out,
Notice how it feels to relax down into the earth.
Breathe in,
Energy coming into the body,
Breathing out,
Feeling the connection of the earth,
The support of the earth beneath you.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Just know you're in the right space in this moment in time,
Taking care of you.
Feeling proud of yourself for showing up,
Taking time to focus on your mind,
Body and soul.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Just the mind now.
How are your thoughts in this space,
In this moment?
Are you speaking a positive story to yourself?
Or is there a negative story,
On repeat,
In your mind?
Notice the negative thought,
Negative story.
Feel the emotion.
Feel the thought.
And then forgive yourself for having that thought,
The fear-based thought.
Forgive the thought.
That thought is not me.
This is just a limiting belief about myself.
Then I ask you,
Choose again.
Choose a better feeling thought.
A better feeling emotion.
Simply affirm,
I choose peace instead of this.
I choose love instead of this.
I choose calm instead of this.
Notice how that feels to change your story to a positive one.
And then feel that positive energy,
Positive affirmation.
I am calm.
I am safe.
I am peace.
Breathe out.
Let that sink in,
That intention.
Let your body start to absorb those affirmations with love and grace.
Repeating those affirmations to yourself for the next few minutes.
I am safe.

Feel the warmth,

Keeping the attention and focus on you.
Allow the light within me to honor the light within you.
