Hello,
My name is Catherine and I am a cancer coach.
Now you may be wondering what a cancer coach is,
But I want to start by giving you a little bit of background on myself.
When I was 43 years old,
I was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer,
And that was over 11 years ago now.
Over the years,
I realized that I didn't have the type of support that I was looking for,
The support that helped me not just to heal my body,
But also to soothe my soul,
To nurture my mindset,
And to support my spirit.
Over the time that I was working on my own healing,
I learned more about the body,
The mind,
And the spirit through nutrition training,
Through yoga teacher training,
And through applying the skills that I've learned along the way from my own personal life experience.
So what is a cancer coach?
A cancer coach is a guy.
Is a person to walk the walk with you.
A person to support you along the way,
In a way that maybe other people don't understand.
Because what I hear a lot and what I've felt myself is the people who really get it are the people who have lived with cancer themselves.
And so as your cancer coach and your guide.
My role is to provide you with tools.
Strategies.
Insights.
Experiences.
Opportunities for you to learn more about yourself.
To work through the body and the mind and the spirit.
To help you get to the place where you want to be.
Not where other people think you should be.
My role is to walk this walk with you.
And be your guide.
I look forward to sharing more with you.
As we walk this walk with cancer together.
