Welcome to this meditation.
Before you start,
Make sure that you sit or lie somewhere comfortably where you won't be disturbed.
This is a cleansing meditation,
One that is meant to help you cleanse your energy from anything that's negative,
Anything that's not yours and anything that doesn't serve your highest good.
Let's begin.
Once you have found a comfortable space,
Make sure that you're in a position that keeps your spine aligned and your body in a safe position.
Take a deep breath in,
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Repeat two more times and when you're done,
Close your eyes or rest your focus.
Bring your attention to your heart.
Take a deep breath into your heart and as you breathe out,
Affirm,
I am here,
I am now.
Now return to your normal breathing and keep focused on your heart space.
Repeat,
I am here,
I am now.
Two more times.
This is to make sure that your energy is present in the current moment.
Now in your mind's eye,
Imagine you are standing across a beautiful waterfall.
You can hear the sound of water crashing against the rocks.
The air smells of freshness and you feel warm and embracing breeze on your skin.
Your feet are put firmly on the grass as you're standing there barefoot.
Just take a moment to take in your surroundings.
Breathe the fresh air in and feel the ground underneath your feet.
As you look at the waterfall,
You can see there's a safe space underneath it where the water descends gently and it's a perfect spot for you to go under.
So you decide to step into the water.
As you walk across,
You reach a rock on which you can stand or sit as you situate yourself right under the flow of the water.
As you step onto the rock,
You start to feel the refreshing water hitting your whole body from head to toe.
As the water flows down your body,
You let it wash away anything that is negative,
Anything that doesn't serve your highest good and anything that doesn't belong to you.
The more water flows over you,
The lighter you feel.
Take your time to let go of your worries.
Let go of your time whilst this energy is being washed away.
Coming down from the top of your head,
Flowing down your body towards your feet and onwards into the water and further down the stream until it disappears from your sight completely.
This energy you're clearing might have a colour.
Let whatever comes to your mind,
Whatever you can see,
Let it be washed away,
Removed and released.
As you see it floating across the water and disappearing out of your sight.
If there is a specific situation,
Memory that you wish to cleanse,
See it in your mind and feel the water washing it away.
As you see it descending from your head down to the rocks and away.
Down to the rocks and away until it disappears.
Take a moment to make sure that everything that you wish to cleanse is leaving your energy.
As I leave you now for a couple of minutes.
Once you're finished and happy with the result,
Go back to the space that you started from.
Returning back to the green grass that you can feel under your feet and notice the sun shining brightly in the sky.
There are no clouds in the sky.
And it's beaming right at you,
Strengthening your energy,
Your aura,
Strengthening and energizing you.
You feel refreshed and energized.
Now,
To make sure that you protect yourself from the sun,
Now,
To make sure that you protect this energy for as long as possible,
Imagine a pure white light bubble surrounding your whole body.
This is the white light of divine energy.
And it is encompassing your whole being,
Securing your clean,
Fresh energy around you.
Affirm for this protective bubble to stay around you for the whole time.
The whole day or the whole night,
Keeping you safe and protected.
Affirm,
I am safe.
I am protected.
Whenever you're ready,
Come back to the room that you're sitting in.
Wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
