In heartfulness, we bring attention to the sensations of well-wishing. This helps balance out the brain’s natural negativity bias. In mindfulness, how we pay attention in the present moment (such as with compassion) is as important as paying attention. This guided practice includes heartfulness wishes for a loved one, self, and community to feel worthy, accept yourself exactly as you are, and know you’re more than enough.
