Hi,

My name is Carissa.

I'm a licensed massage therapist and esthetician.

I wanted to take some breaths with you guys today.

Once you're in a comfortable position,

Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale through the mouth.

As you breathe in,

Feel your breath expanding your lungs.

As you breathe out,

Close your eyes and notice any feelings of comfort or discomfort in your body.

Notice that you aren't the feeling of either the comfort or the discomfort,

But you are the one noticing the feeling.

On your breath in,

Imagine the breath reaching every cell in your body.

Every cell is taking a breath.

On your breath out,

Imagine each cell is exhaling.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes slowly,

Adjusting to the light in the room.

And thank you for breathing with me today.
