Let's take this time to connect with your spine.
It is the divine line that carries our mind to all the parts that we take throughout space and time.
Allow the weight to be sent back as each vertebrae is made to stack.
The spine is the middle line that runs from the tips of your toes to your mind.
Through the day,
You protect my structure through physical support and ruptures.
Through the day and night,
You have the great delight of sending signals of insight to every corner of my mind.
With these words,
We welcome you home to your spine,
Breath,
Body,
And mind.
Let's settle into the structures that are fluid within space and time that are now perfectly aligned.
We let go and trust in our guided focus,
Allowing my voice to be another guiding energy that flows through you to take what is meant to bloom and release anything else to create more room for you.
With each breath,
Imagine your front and back of your body divided in two.
I want you to breathe into the frontal plane of your body.
Feel the air rise into your chest and lift the sheets that lay over top of you.
If you do not have any physical sheets,
How does the air feel as your rising chest and it meets?
Give this energy exchange your attention and focus.
Allow for the sensations to mingle and tingle,
Sending back signals to your spine.
Our spine,

And mind has access to all the water it needs to help signals clearly and efficiently as we sleep.
Welcome the air that collects some space around you into your body.
Feel the crisp air as it falls through your nostrils,
Warming the water droplets that now enter.
Rest is the time for your conscious body and mind to cleanse and release.
We lay here with this new rhythm of breath and ever flowing water and warmth to trust our bodies are settling into their natural earthly cycles and recycles within.
With each in breath we send the warmth and cleansing mixture into our belly,
Up into the lungs and slowly let the air flow out above us.
This stream is the flow of our conscious being released into the comforting space around you,
Letting it fall down upon the outer physical body,
All the way down to the tops of your toes,
The hair on your shins,
Knees,
Thighs,
Tips of your hips are now aligned,
The curve of your belly,
Chest,
Swirling lines of your open palms,
Back up the arms to the tube of the neck,
Point of a chin,
Mountain range of the upper lip,
Settling through the eyelashes as they dip.
Which brings us to our next in breath that we send up into our mind,
Resting on the intention to the middle of our brow line.
Now bringing in the light from the day,
Warm and cool,
Sun and cellular,
We thank all the light that guides our images and paints our present line.
Each breath bringing in the warmth of the light,
Mixed with the water to conduct the electric sensations to our subconscious mind.
Still divided we now bring into the blend of the front and the back of the mind,
Allowing the in breath to grow the connection and the out breath pushing the light and the water down the neck and back to once again reconnect with your spine,
The divine line that interconnects the physical organs to detox the mind.
Allow any words cluttering the mind to be sent down,
Unfolded into their simple lines.
If you notice your heart starting to race,
Know and trust this is all a part of the detoxification taking place.
Sending the words down as lines now interconnected with the heart pump line.
Being filtered down into the feet,
Ending where we meet.
At the tips of your toes the cycle is complete.
The pores are open to the air around you,
Detoxifying anything that is meant to be received by others who walk around you,
Whose thoughts can then lay here comfortably intertwined,
Connected with their spine,
