This audio has been infused with Reiki. And is intended for you to receive the healing energy of Reiki just by listening. And I'm going to guide you through receiving this Reiki. All the way through your body. Just know. Even if your mind wanders and you drift off or you don't hear what I'm saying and suggesting, Still receive wonderful healing, Restorative, Balancing, Calming, Settling, Loving energies. Of Reiki healing energy. Because the Reiki always flows to where it's needed most to be of the greatest and highest good. And the reiki nose. Where it needs to go. And Reiki is always flowing in. It's always present. It's always available. In this audio we're just harnessing, Channeling and focusing it but it doesn't mean that it's only present while you're listening to this audio because the Reiki is for everyone, In everyone, Through everyone. In the entire universe. But for now, Let's just focus. Our attention and intention on receiving powerful Wonderful. Healing energy through the entire body. Trusting. That that's always for the greatest and highest good. So firstly just settle. Comfortably lying down. Palms up or sitting if you prefer. Just place your palms up, Open to receive. Personally just notice perhaps you already feel Reiki or energy in some part of your body. Perhaps you already have some sensations or knowing. That the energy is blowing in or from you already. Just notice that. And then bring your awareness, Your attention to your palms. And upwards. Resting comfortably. And just notice if you can. Feel, Sense or imagine. Energy. Reiki. Pouring into those palms from above. Just notice the sensations that are there. Perhaps there's tingling, Perhaps there's movement, Perhaps there's heat. Perhaps there's pulsating. Perhaps there's nothing at all. There is no right and there is no wrong. Just trust. And set the intention that Reiki is pouring into those hands. And just notice what you feel there. And just spend a few moments there. Palms of the hands and just notice if just by bringing your awareness and your attention to and intention to those palms. You can actually bring more energy, More Reiki, More healing light, Love to those palms. Perhaps you notice. The sensations increasing or changing. Perhaps there's a real definite sense of energy pouring in from above. Perhaps it's trickling or sprinkling. Or perhaps it's just a sense of it around. Perhaps there's a stickiness or a heaviness or some sort of texture around the palms that you just know or feel. There you go. And then I'm going to guide you. To receive. Reiki energy. In through the entire body. And we're going to start at the top of the head. And we're going to work all the way down to the tips of the toes. Just with my guidance. As that Reiki pours in. And if my guidance doesn't resonate, If different parts of the body are calling for your attention instead, Then just drop my guidance, Take what you want and leave what you don't. So just receive what resonates and let go of what doesn't. The Reiki will still pour in whether you follow my guidance or you don't. You can't get this wrong. So, Bring your attention, Your awareness to a space above your head, Just a few inches, A few feet if that's more comfortable, Centimeters or meters, Just above your head. I'm just. . . See if you can get a sense of the Reiki above your head. So it might be swirling. It might be. . . Trickling, Dripping or pouring. It might be that there's light, Might be that there's a colour. It might be that it's sprinkling, It could have. . . A sense of glitter or sparkles or lights. It could be liquid, It could be golden, It could be any color. There is no right and there is no wrong. Just notice if there is a sense or knowing or you can imagine. Energy. Pouring in from above. Okay, So now drop your attention just to the top of your head, So the crown of your head. And feel, Sense or know. That the Reiki is pouring in. Flooding through. Dripping down or raining, Showering, Sprinkling. Whatever it feels like for you but it is coming in to the top of your head. Entering the crown. And pouring down. Pouring through. Pouring in so much Reiki, So much energy. You may feel sensations, You may feel heat or tingling or an openness, Expansive, Spacious. You may feel constricted, Contracted. It doesn't matter. Whatever you feel is what you feel. It doesn't mean it's working or not working. It doesn't mean it's there or not there. Because it is there. So just noticing the crown of the head. And that Reiki, That energy, Pouring in. So it's flooding and filling your entire head space so the brain, Forehead, Ears, The skull, Back of the head, Front of the head, Cheeks, Eyes, Ears, Mouth, Jaw, Tongue, Pouring in, Pouring in, Pouring in. Pouring in and pouring through. Filling it up, Perhaps with golden light, Perhaps with liquid love. And then just notice as it. Travels down from your head. Into your neck. Entire neck area, Throat Feel those sensations, Notice those feelings. As the Reiki fills and floods, Covers, Saturates your entire neck. And then notice as it's pouring into your shoulders. So Reiki. Coming into your shoulders. And then. . . Moving from the shoulders down your arms. Pouring in. Down the arms. Filling up all the nerves. Cells, Fibers, The skin, The bone, Even the hairs on the arms. The blood. The muscle. And the whole arm, Both arms just filling and flooding. Being saturated, Immersed. Flooded and filled with Reiki. All the way down to the hands, The fingertips, The fingernails. Perhaps there's sparkling. Perhaps it's pulsating. Have this heat. Just know that they're right here. Is permeating. And higher arms and hands. And now just allow that Reiki to travel from the shoulders. All the way down the torso, The chest, The back, The stomach, The sides of the body. Abdomen. Muscle. Skin, Bone. And all the organs, Organs of the chest. Heart, The lungs. The organs. Of the body. Pouring in. Feeling hot? So filling up your vessel, Maybe you imagine a vessel shape or a pot or an urn or some sort of container. Imagining your root, The pelvis, As this fills up. The pelvis and the root being the bottom of that container that's just pouring in, Filling up. So full of Reiki, Loving energy, Love and light, Pure love, Pure light. And as that saturates, Filling the vessel. Allow the Reiki then to spread into the hips, The buttocks, The pelvis area, The groin. Perhaps you feel something there. And perhaps you don't. Displacing your awareness and attention on that area. Knowing the Reiki. It's flooding that area with light and love. With healing. And then allow the Reiki, Just notice as it pours down your legs, Each leg. Pouring in and pouring through, Trickling down, Perhaps it's moving with the breath. Perhaps it's moving with the bloodstream. Perhaps it's your lymphatic system that's carrying the Reiki or perhaps it's just pouring, Pouring in. In every, Every single part of you. All at the same time. Allowing it to fill your legs. Pouring into you. All the way down to the feet. And as the Reiki fills your feet, Floods them with light and love, Balancing, Harmonizing. Settling your entire system. Perhaps you imagine the Reiki continuing past your feet. Maybe little roots growing from your feet down, Down, Down. Maybe from your tailbone and your feet. Going down, Down, Down, Down, Down, Down, Down into the center of the earth, The crystalline core of the earth. And pouring the Reiki all the way down there as well. And then pulling up from that core of the earth so the Reiki is traveling all the way down and then it comes all the way up the entire body. And then just feel as your entire body, Including your mind, Has been flooded. Saturated. A mass. In Reiki. In healing, Loving, Nurturing, Balancing, Harmonizing, Restorative. Healing energy. Your entire body, Every system, Every nerve, Every cell, Every fiber, The DNA, The blood, The organs, Every single part of you. And just allow that Reiki to be absorbed. Accepted. Received. Continue to do its wonderful work for the greatest and highest good. Balancing, Harmonizing. Settling. Restoring. Just pouring in and pouring through. Let us know that your whole system can marinate in this loving, Healing light. And love. And before you end this session, Just absorb. Marinate. Amass. And just soak in all the benefits, All the love, All the light, The golden healing energy carrying it forward with you. Continuing to pour in and radiate out. Pouring in, Pouring out.
