Welcome,

Lovely soul.

This is your summer season of the soul,

A meditation to reconnect with your inner flame,

To honor your growth and to step boldly into your light.

Find a comfortable position,

Gently close your eyes and begin to soften into your breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in,

Gathering warmth and exhaling,

Releasing any heaviness.

With each breath,

Feel your chest gently expanding.

You are opening to the energy of summer,

A season of radiance,

Expression and joy.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing in a wide open middle,

Bathed in the golden sunlight.

The air is warm and alive.

There is a gentle breeze,

Soft and playful.

You feel safe,

Free,

Powerful.

In front of you,

There is a small flame,

A sacred fire flickering and glowing just for you.

This is your inner flame,

The light that is uniquely yours.

Now,

Step closer.

Feel its warmth.

Notice how it responds to your presence,

Growing brighter as you acknowledge it.

Now,

Place your hands over your heart.

Breathe deeply and ask yourselves,

What in my life am I ready to shine more fully?

What in my life am I ready to shine more fully?

You might hear a word,

See an image,

Feel an emotion.

Trust whatever comes.

And if it's quiet,

That's okay too.

You're simply tending to the flame.

Now,

Gently speak these affirmations,

Silently or aloud.

I honor my light.

I am safe to be seen.

I express myself with truth and joy.

My confidence is rooted in authenticity.

I allow myself to shine.

Feel the flame grow stronger within you.

Not burning,

But glowing.

Steady,

True,

Yours.

Begin to bring the energy back into your body.

Feel the sun still gently shining above you.

It's warm now alive in your heart.

Take one more deep breath in.

And out.

Start to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Stretch gently if it feels good.

And whenever you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Cutting your inner flame into the world with grounded grace.
