Hello,
This is Kambis Nefisi,
Spiritual Mentoring Guide.
Today,
I want to speak to you about the joy and greatness that you can find by stepping into the unknowns of life.
Think about this.
Living with your daily routine is going to kill your soul.
Now,
I'm not talking about putting away the routines that help you.
If you'd like to go to the golf course twice a week,
If you'd like to sit on your comfortable couch,
If you'd like to have something wonderful for breakfast,
Keep those routines.
The routine that I'm talking about are the set conditioned habits in your subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind is controlling 80% of your life as we speak,
And the subconscious mind is the habit mind.
Now,
That subconscious mind that is controlling 80% of your life is set on particular thought patterns,
Particular way of thinking,
Believing,
And behaving.
And if some of those behaviors,
Beliefs,
And emotions are self-limiting ones,
Then being stuck in those routines,
Being stuck in the autopilot of the subconscious mind is going to greatly diminish your life because you'll never discover your true unveiled potential.
The subconscious mind convinces people that stepping outside of the comfort zone of its conditioned,
Repetitive beliefs,
Emotions,
And habits is going to create some sort of a threat.
That is not true.
Anybody who's ever stepped out of their own comfort zone to try out new places,
New foods,
New attitudes,
New beliefs,
Finds that when you step into the unknown,
Outside of the rigid old ways of being,
You experience the freshness of the moment.
You also experience untapped potential lying deep within you.
You are made like an onion.
Hundreds and thousands of layers of undiscovered potential.
Think about how much you've changed in the past 10 years.
That proves to you that like an onion,
You have hundreds and thousands of undiscovered layers,
New ways of thinking,
New potential.
The problem is your ego and your subconscious mind only know what they know.
In other words,
Whatever you've experienced so far is the only reality that your subconscious mind understands.
If you have only jogged 2.
5 miles and somebody asks you,
How long can you run?
You refer back to your present experience and answer 2.
5 miles,
But that is not correct.
If a wild grizzly bear were chasing you,
You would run more than 2.
5 miles.
Okay?
So,
It is only through direct experience that you get to discover your new potential,
New beliefs that can lead you to greater things in life.
How do we gain direct experience outside of your present comfort zone?
Here's the issue.
Your ego and your subconscious mind always fool you into thinking that outside of your present comfort zone,
There is some threat or danger awaiting you,
And they're going to scare you.
The ego and the subconscious are going to scare you.
So,
My advice,
Be scared and do it anyways.
Be scared and step outside of your comfort zone anyways.
When you do that,
You find that you're starting to live a fuller life.
A full life means you can tell people that you love them.
You can try new foods.
You can travel to new lands.
You can take business risks and take opportunities.
You can return a stranger's smile.
All of this puts you into the freshness of the moment.
Life is like a photo album.
The people with the greatest number of happy photographs in their life album are the ones who've lived a fuller life.
So,
Make it a point to regularly step outside into the unknowns of life,
Going to new places,
Falling in love,
Returning people's smiles,
Taking opportunities.
Step outside the comfort zone of your habit mind,
Which is the subconscious mind.
You will be full of zest,
And you will come alive again.
God bless.
Godspeed.
