Grace is like water that finds its own level.
Most people have an issue with grace unbeknownst to themselves.
They don't feel deserving.
A lot of people think that well,
Grace of God,
Grace of nature,
It requires being lucky.
It requires having the proper fate to access grace and that's completely wrong.
Yoga says because you're a living creature you are made of the God force.
You're made of the life force.
So the idea that you don't deserve as much love as the other person is completely made up by your mind.
The fact that you're alive,
Your body's already pulsing with the life force.
So nobody's more deserving than the other one.
It's a matter of resonance.
It's a matter of you being receptive enough so that your vibrational frequency falls in line with the abundance and grace that's already available in nature.
And the way you do that,
You just become an open vessel.
You become detached.
You breathe deeply.
You reiterate the fact that this is not about deservingness.
It's about receptivity.
And then you just open yourself up like a vase and the water,
Meaning the grace,
Will just find its place.
Through my coming full circle approach,
When I'm working on people's self-transformation,
They realize that a lot of them have an internal thermostat and that thermostat is set too low for receptivity.
A lot of people do not deserve,
They feel they do not deserve the grace of nature.
So there's a lot of issues with non-deservingness.
Now if we're talking about samyama,
Unsolicited grace,
Then we need to talk about abundance.
Nature is already abundant.
The ocean has plenty of water.
Nature is constantly recreating itself.
There are no two snowflakes that have the identical shape.
Every once in a while in some country,
A genius is born with incredible talents.
We've seen that in human history.
Incredibly talented people are being born all over the world.
Some of them don't have the privilege when they're born,
But they have all the talents.
So nature is very,
Very abundant.
It's constantly creating.
It doesn't repeat itself.
Yet we come back to this idea of receptivity.
For you to be receptive to abundance,
You need to learn some concepts.
Number one,
Attention.
Attention is like the magic wand that allows you to manifest.
Attention carries the god force.
So if your attention is on vastness,
Expansiveness,
That there's enough dollar bills or euro bills,
Once your subconscious mind understands the idea of bigger horizons,
Vastness,
Expansiveness,
Once your subconscious accepts that,
Then your attention goes on abundance.
So if you have poverty consciousness,
I would say it's almost impossible for you to be very abundant.
By the way,
As we speak about abundance,
Spiritually speaking,
The spiritual trillionaire is somebody who has some of everything.
If you look at the world,
There are people who are just rich,
Just physically strong,
Just beautiful,
And those people have one.
They have a lot of one thing.
I want you to think about all the friends and family members that you know.
Do you know a single person who doesn't have an ill body?
They have several people who love them.
They have some connection to nature.
Yeah,
So think of somebody who has some of everything.
That's a big challenge for you.
If you set that challenge,
You'll see that it's not so easy to reach that goal.
I encourage you to go for that goal.
It's probably the highest challenge for people who are ambitious.
The highest challenge is for you to have some of everything.
It usually won't get you to the top of one thing,
But you'll have enough money,
Enough health,
Enough connection to the spiritual force.
You'll be quite abundant.
You're not just going for one peak,
Which usually makes people lopsided.
In any case,
Back to the principles of having abundance.
Number one,
Placing attention on larger horizons,
Vastness,
Expansiveness.
Just place your attention on that.
Number two,
Detachment.
Detachment means if you believe that with every incoming breath you're being given life through nature,
Then you start to release your personal ego.
Personal ego is always worried about breakfast money,
Me,
Me,
Me.
What about me?
What about my purse?
If you surrender to the incoming breath,
If you surrender to the life force coming in,
If you think of yourself as an energetic being,
Receiving abundance every time you breathe,
Then the me,
Me,
Me,
The ego is gone.
Then you develop detachment.
Detachment means you just show up,
You face the moment,
You keep breathing,
You become mindful,
And you act instead of reacting.
Action means you face the moment,
You gauge the needs of the moment,
And you take steps.
Reaction means your buttons are being pushed because your subconscious mind is conditioned and you're living through defensiveness.
You're living to take care of your unresolved baggage.
So that's a life of reaction.
It's not a life of action.
To conclude,
I'll talk about all the principles of attracting abundance.
So one is attention is on vastness,
On big things,
Larger horizons,
Because attention carries the God force.
Number two,
The ego relinquishes its responsibility to the incoming breath.
You imagine every breath is just bringing in natural forces.
So you just show up,
You breathe,
And you open yourself up to receiving.
Another one is detachment.
If there's less ego,
You're not so attached to the results.
If you fall in love with the process,
If you're doing something that you love,
Then you fall in love with the process.
You're not counting dollars as you're in the process.
You know,
One of my students is a violin player,
And you think that it's very,
Very difficult to earn money on the east coast teaching violin.
But you know,
She's in the process.
She loves the process.
So if you're not counting dollars as you're teaching violin,
You're much more likely to receive more abundance.
Focus on the process,
Not on the results.
That's called detachment.
Another one is the attitude of gratitude.
When you get up in the mornings,
Count seven things that you're grateful for.
That state of gratitude will attract more abundance.
Also generosity.
When you give of your time,
When you listen to people,
When you teach them things that you know,
Maybe sometimes you hand out a dollar bill or so to somebody in the street.
Any kind of generosity demonstrates the fact that you have enough to give,
Or else you wouldn't be able to give.
As far as nature is concerned,
There's plenty of abundance.
As far as dollar bills are concerned,
We've seen this happen when the software industry first started.
Large companies,
Large computer companies and software companies,
They actually added to the total number of dollars.
In other words,
The economy can expand just like nature expands.
