Transcript

Hello and welcome.

Take a moment to find a comfortable spot.

Wherever you choose to be,

Make sure your spine is straight and your shoulders and belly are relaxed.

Now gently close your eyes.

As you begin to settle,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Repeat this breathing pattern one more time.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now return to your normal pattern of breathing and allow the rest of the world to fade away.

Begin by focusing on your toes.

Scrunch them up and release.

Now relax your ankles,

Calf muscles,

Knees and thigh muscles.

Allow any thoughts you may have float up and away.

Now relax your buttocks,

Your pelvic area.

Begin to notice any tension you may have in your back.

Breathe deeply in and as you breathe out,

Slowly relax.

Release any tension you may have in your back and shoulders.

Now it's time to relax your neck and jaw muscles.

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,

Soften your mouth and tongue.

Let go of any tension you may have in your back and shoulders.

Now relax your neck and jaw muscles.

Let go of any tension you may have in your neck and jaw muscles.

Take a few more deep breaths and enjoy this feeling of relaxation and calm for a little while longer.

Give yourself a moment now to set your intention.

What would you like to have happen?

Allow your wishes to resonate and permeate your whole being.

Breathe them in deeply.
