Coming into the most comfortable position you can receiving as a blessing as an honoring of the light within.
Stay connected to your breath letting go of any tension or clenching in the body.
If you notice any as you release the breath release the tension so you can feel this breath fully.
Place your hands on your lower belly letting your thumbs touch at your navel your index finger on your pubic bone forming a diamond shape between your hands.
Close your eyes,
Close your mouth,
Rest the tip of your tongue softly on your upper palate behind your front teeth.
Breathe softly through your nose just allowing your inhales and exhales to equal out.
Allow yourself to feel as though you're being breathed rather than controlling your breath.
Now imagine there's a golden thread falling down from the ceiling or sky it passes through the crown of your head,
Your upper palate,
Center of your throat,
Heart,
Diaphragm through the center of your pelvic floor and descends down into the earth right between your feet.
Envision this golden thread trusting whatever you feel or notice and just sense along this thread where your attention feels like it's resting right now.
Trust your first instinct and wherever your attention is located I want you to watch it to send down the thread until it rests in the center of your belly.
If your attention was already in your belly then just let it remain there.
Envision now that all of your awareness is located but two inches below your navel,
Two inches above your pubic bone and two inches in front of your spine where your hands are resting on your belly.
Let them swell forwards as you breathe and contract back toward your spine as you breathe out.
If and when thoughts arrives release them and return to the spaciousness of your belly center.
Keep part of your attention resting here in your belly center and extend the other half of your attention down into the center of the earth.
Feel the qualities of the earth in the part of the world you're in right beneath you.
Feel into the exact season and the attributes of that season.
Let each inhale extend all the way down to the core of the earth and stay here for a couple of breaths.
With your next inhalation envision that you're drawing energy up from the center of the earth through the soles of your feet up your leg bones in through the base of your body and into your belly center.
On your exhale store the earth's medicine here.
If you're a visual person notice the color of the earth energy that you're drawing up.
Inhale draw it up and in,
Exhale store it in your body for future fuel when you need more grounding or more energy.
Inhale draw it up and in,
Exhale store it in your belly center.
Now imagine that there's an earthing cord descending from your tailbone down into the center of the earth.
Notice how thick and strong the cord is.
Does it seem more like a waterfall or a rope?
Clearly see each end of the cord,
One attaching firmly to the center of the earth,
The other end to the base of your spine.
See the energy of the earth rising up from this grounding cord into your body as you inhale and as you exhale circulate it anywhere in your body that needs it.
If you're feeling really scattered just ask to increase the flow of earth energy up your earthing cord by 50 or even a hundred percent.
Take at least several more breaths in this way,
Staying as long as you need until you feel filled by the earth's strong grounded presence.
Inhale drawing it up,
Exhale letting it through your body.
To complete this rest your attention back in your belly center.
Feel your body from the tip of your toes to the crown of your head.
Notice what it feels like to ground yourself.
Slowly open your eyes,
Keep your hands on your belly,
Take a few breaths with your eyes open keeping your focus on your belly.
Just remember during your day you can return your awareness to your belly as often as you need.
Place your hands on your belly and check in what's happening in your belly right now.
This is your intuitive feeling center,
So notice what information you're receiving.
