Welcome this is Julianne and this is a meditation to help you move into your next step with ease and grace as we shift into these new higher frequencies how old ways of doing things are dissolving linear time being one of them it's a whole new way of being to operating this quantum frequency and sometimes we can't see the whole path ahead so that next step in the now moment is everything and so I take a really deep breath now with me and relax exhale let go of whatever it took for you to get here to be listening with me now well done for putting the space aside for this moment another exhale let go and inhale it's so good to be in this present moment breathe into your heart and as you breathe in feel the connection with the heart and with your higher aspects with your higher self your soul your I am presence whatever you like to call that higher part of you and allow that higher aspect to be the guide for this journey so that you can let your mind drift away knowing that you are being taken well care of and that whatever happens here is for your highest good as led by you you might like to call in your team your guides angels masters you don't have to know who they are just allow them to come in and hold space for you so you can relax it even further in to this beautiful energy breathing sinking deeper in and relaxing it feels good part of taking your next step is to surrender into trust what our mind wants what our ego wants is sometimes not our highest path and so what we receive may be surprising it may feel too small or even too big and perhaps what you receive now is a message to be still and to wait and that's perfect too so let's begin the process as we have allowed ourselves to deepen into this field where we can receive guidance best of all practice the feeling of taking one step at a time imagine a road ahead that's what linear time looks like you have a goal at the end of that road and you are planning your steps and now imagine this quantum field it may look more like stepping out into an abyss but ahead of you there is a rock or a pillar for you to step on to you are safe here take your step forward and then wait what you see before you now or since many paths is it is as if this step has opened up a whole range of opportunities for you opportunities and roads and pathways that may never have happened if you had not taken this first step and you may need to wait here a while to decide your next step or maybe it will be so obvious that you will know exactly what to do so let's ask now let's imagine we're beginning from this now moment and hopefully you're feeling that field of possibility and potential that quantum energy all around you you ask the question what is my next step good sometimes you may hear feel sense and answer sometimes you may feel like nothing has happened but when you leave this meditation be very aware for the answers to come to you you may have received an answer or a feeling or a sense that your next step is a very simple one drink more water walk every day get back into your meditation practice perhaps it is a concrete step to reach out to somebody to read a book it may be very simple it may be bigger it may feel bigger perhaps your step is to forgive somebody or to reach out call an old friend whatever the step is for you trust for each step that is made in alignment opens up the field of possibility begin to practice this more and more to feel into the guidance to not overthink the planning to work out a way to bring this all together in this new operating system that we are all working out how to operate most importantly feel the sense that all is well that you are guided loved on the right path or on the right pillar good come back often or simply do this process in your own mind when you need to make a decision and enjoy the flow good when it's time to come back take a deep breath in connect with your heart again just remembering your heart is your guide your compass on this journey into the new make sure you feel grounded anchor yourself back down into your chair or the bed the earth feel yourself come in fully into your body sometimes it really helps to place your hands on your heart and touch the physical body to bring yourself all the way back in and ground into your physicality thank you for taking this journey I hope to connect with you again soon
