This is Julianne and this is a guided meditation to help you thrive in the new light and so let's begin.
Get yourself comfortable and in a position that you can feel relaxed in.
You can sit on a chair or sit cross-legged or even lie flat on your back with your arms to each side of you and now close your eyes and release a big exhale.
Let go of all you've carried with you into this moment and inhale and then exhale again and feel the relief of letting go.
Give each exhale,
Inhale,
Keep breathing,
Focusing on your breath and with each inhale now begin to bring your focus inward following your breath and deepening your breath,
Remembering that your breath brings light into the body and your breath is your greatest tool.
Notice how this simple act of conscious breathing is helping you center,
Feel calmer,
Feel more relaxed as you go deeper within,
Remembering that any sounds you hear around you are simply signals to go even deeper.
So keep breathing and focusing as you listen to my voice and now we're going to connect with the divine feminine energy,
The mother.
So send a wave of love down to mother earth and imagine that love traveling all the way down to the center of the earth and wait and breathe and begin to feel that love coming back to you,
Multiplied and expanded and when it does feel this beautiful love energy moving up through your body,
Beginning with your feet and moving up your legs to the base of your spine,
Focusing here now at the base of the spine,
Feeling this love energy as it moves up your spine into your abdomen,
Focusing here now,
Feeling the release as this love energy moves up into your solar plexus now,
Opening up your solar plexus area,
Feeling your body respond to this love as this love energy rises up into your heart now,
Opening your heart,
Filling your heart and allowing your heart to receive this nurturing love until you are overflowing and the love moves upward from your heart as you feel it amplify as it moves into your throat,
Feeling the love open up your throat,
Your voice,
Your message to the world as it moves upward now and into your head,
Into your forehead,
Your third eye,
Into your pineal gland,
Feeling the bliss as the love enters your third eye area and up to your crown,
To that area around the top of your head and upward until the love is cascading upward and out from your crown around all sides of your body like a fountain up from the earth,
From the mother up through your spine until it reaches your crown and cascades upward and outward surrounding your body with this divine love flowing upward from the earth,
Activating your heart,
Opening your heart upward to your crown and cascading all around you,
Love overflowing until you are simply surrounded in a sea of love,
Connected to the earth,
Grounded in love,
Heart wide open,
Divine feminine energy,
Nurturing,
Nourishing,
Just feel how loved you are,
Always good and now from this space of love,
This field of love that you are flowing all around you,
Send this expanded love outward and upward to the sun,
To the moon,
The sky and the stars,
To the planets,
To the universe,
To the divine father if that resonates with you and wait and feel that love return to you as light,
As the divine masculine energy coming into your field,
Into the space around you that is love and imagine you see this light coming in and filling you up you might see it as little diamonds or crystals sparkling in your field as you fill with light,
As the light fills your body as well,
Imagine or see your body filling with light crystals,
Diamonds,
Gold and energy,
Whatever works for you and ask the universe to flow to you exactly what is in your highest good to receive right now,
On this day,
At this time,
In this alignment and fill yourself up knowing that what is coming to you is exactly what you need and just enjoy,
Simply enjoy this feeling of receiving,
Of being renewed,
Of filling yourself up with light and when you feel you are ready,
Filled up,
Renewed,
Bring your focus to your solar plexus and feel and see your solar plexus glow with light and know that this light is now your power source and imagine your solar plexus connecting with your heart and feel that combination of the feminine love and masculine light,
Working together in perfect harmony,
As you bring your focus back to your own field of love and light that is surrounding you,
You are a child of heaven and of earth,
Self-sourced and empowered,
Fuelled with love and light and you get to decide what you wish to feel and create in your world,
So let these words,
These vibrations float into your field,
Into your space and if you like the feel of the word,
If it resonates with you,
Let it stay in your field,
It may bring a vision or a memory with it and if you like it,
Keep it by staying with the feeling of it and if a word doesn't resonate with you,
Just let it drift on by and bring your focus back to love,

So back to love and vitality and joy,

Love and perhaps there are some other words that you love,
That you would like to bring into your field right now,
Just let them drift in,
Good and so knowing that what you've done is real,
That your energy has shifted and that the field you've created will stay with you,
Give thanks and begin to slowly come back into the room,
Into your space between heaven and earth is you and as you walk and talk and think your thoughts in this energy,
You will be a force of good in the world,
Just be you,
Smile and radiate your light,
You are beautiful,
You are very loved and you are very appreciated,
