Through This Being

Through this Being we are gaining insight as we connect and collide with the content of this life journey. These impact points of distortion are revealing to us what it is that we would prefer to choose now. Let us harness our Energy to create what our Divine Heart is calling us to bring in as co-creators.

Take a deep breath in my sweetheart. And then as you breathe out, Just settle down as we always do that long slow out breath, Calm, Calm through your central nervous system. Feel like you're connecting yourself to where you're resting right now. Your whole body is being held and all the parts of your body that are feeling connected to that which is holding you, Sink that part of your body into that place. And at the same time, Relax your tummy and smooth the skin on your beautiful face. Relax your jaw, Your brow, Your scalp. And imagine that your eyes can drop a little deeper into the sockets. Feel as if they're being cradled there. Then gently take your tongue and push it onto the roof of your mouth, The palate. And as you breathe in pressure point, Imagine that you are drawing a line from that pressure point all the way up to the middle of your brain to the pineal chakra where we can awaken our heightened awareness, Our higher consciousness, Intuition, And instinct, Clear voice, Clear audience, Clear sentience, Clear cognizance. There's so much more that's available to us when we just wish to reach that part of us that already is connected but not yet properly tuned in. See yourself allowing you now to receive that your energy is so beautifully open, My treasure, That you are truly standing in the light that is being poured into you. We want to be able to receive this light energy. And if light was pouring down through these tall trees and there was a column of light coming into this forest, The only way to be immersed in that light is to move into it and then stand in it and be in it, Not dart around it. And see yourself now as very settled where you are resting. Your body is heavy and let go of everything that you've been holding, All the burdens and responsibilities. Send a message to your beautiful human being of deep gratitude and excellence and love and kindness. Thank your being for what it can feel and connect and collide with all those and all things around us. That we can sense so much through this human energy field and that we are just starting to pick up the subtle nuances that's coming in into our awareness, Informing us, Guiding us, Instinct, Insight, Intuition. It's coming into us. And if this information is coming in, Then we are receptors, We are portals, We are receivers. We have the ability to receive signals. We know that we can hear sounds, We can see colors and lights. And we can feel what it is that is in the room, In the space, In the atmosphere, In people's moods and temperaments. We know that we are already picking this up. We wish to fine-tune this awareness and fine-tune this beautiful human being that has the capacity to do so much more with itself, More than just being this adorable human being. So honor your human being. Send a message to it to rest now, To allow itself to recover. Trust your human being for your heart that will beat within you and the breath that will come and go. And all your systems are going to be functioning and there's nothing you have to do around that. Your human being will maintain you. And send a message of immense love to that human part of you. We are so grateful. There is nothing for me to do for my human being. It is all being done for me so that I can be here in this human body with this human mind. For some wonderful reason, I am to be here in my form. And the form rests and the higher self begins to awaken. All the energy that we would use to protect ourselves, Defend, Deflect, Deny, Distract, Destroy, Detach. Oh, There's so much maintenance. All that energy now being channeled towards your higher awareness. Rest even deeper, Drop even deeper. And with the pressure point on the roof of your mouth, Breathe in through the nostrils, Draw that stream of energy, Life force energy to the point between the eyebrows. And imagine now that your eyes look up to that point and then the eyes relax and look upwards and backwards a little bit. And in doing that, With a pressure point in the stream of energy coming in the left and the right nostril, The feminine and the masculine energy joining in one point, We awaken the pineal chakra, The energy system that helps us to receive in a much higher way. All this activation now, We are here in this mortal form. And we are traveling in and through this being, This body, Mind, Being, Which is an interface that helps us to see and process and hear and taste and touch and understand. We are traveling in the form. And for as long as we are in this form, We can be informed about what it is that we are here to clear for all the points of damage and pain that have been accumulated in karma and drama for eons of time. This static energy has been released into the field. And we allow ourselves now to be the ones that know how to fine tune, To bring clarity to this. Because we can receive and because we can send, We are the transmitters. We can receive a signal and we can send a signal. And we know that we can send signals too. When we think of someone and suddenly our phone rings and it's them or they send us a message at that exact time, We know we have sent a message to them and they have affirmed that receiving it from their side are sending us a little note. There is a wonder in this. We are able to send and receive signals through this human form. Mostly we are aware of the energy that is the gross energy, The people around us, The situations. It is very evidential and it is very convincing. But once we take all the performance and the performance away, And we take out all the static blocks and we look at what it is that is being shown to us, It's a signal, A theme. And if you were to look into the scenario that created pain for you and pull away all the people, The attitudes, Their words, Their gestures, And pull them off like they are actors taking them off that stage. And if you were to look at all the props and then pull those off as well. If you were to say what was the story about, What does the script dictate, What is the theme of this great play, And you get the theme, The signal, What is the signal in the story. And if we get the signal, Then that is where we work now. Allow yourself to truly see and understand that our human self attaches to the evidential and our higher self connects to that which is subtle. We awaken our Parniel chakra. We ask our higher self to guide us and to show us what it is that we can bring release and relief towards to this where there is a pain and distortion. What can I do with this? What can I do as a being of light in this place where I see this energy as darkness and shadow? What can I do to bring in light to it so that the energy will be illuminated so that we can start to see again by bringing more light into these places of darkness? The more light comes in, The less shadow, The less hiding and the less secrets, The less deception. How wonderful it will be when we are able to be with one another so transparent and clear. No need to hide our thoughts even. No need to pretend at all. Where there's that level of clarity that we're moving towards, That level of transparency, Integrity, Honesty, Authenticity. We are truly searching for this as a vibration. Our heart is calling for it. Feel into your heart now. Once we move beyond the pain, Those points of pain that we feel that were inflicted upon us or that we inflicted upon another, We go beyond that and we ask our being, What was my heart seeking? And your heart will tell you exactly what you are seeking. In every single situation, If we ask our heart, What are you seeking in this? What do you truly desire? The head is filled with a story. The body is filled with the rage that feeds the mind. But what does the heart desire? And we will say its collaboration, Its kindness, Its consideration, Its responsibility, Integrity, Such high energy values. Our heart is calling us to reconnect that, But we get stuck in the drama. And we will stay in the drama until we can see. It will go on and repeat itself again and again and again in endless stage production until we see. So we choose to see now. I rest myself here in this place. I relax my beautiful body. I know that my body is taking care of itself. There is nothing I must do to maintain myself right now. And I begin to open up my heightened awareness. I begin to awaken my subtle awareness. And I reconnect to my divine heart, What my heart is seeking. What the truth is, Is what my being says, Please seek this. Don't say I can't have it because it's hopeless or I'm too small or who am I to call this in and I don't deserve it and I haven't suffered enough yet. If we do not bring it in, It cannot come in. We do not agree that we can hold it even if it's only in our hearts as a desire. If we can only hold it in our heart as a desire, We are holding it in the perfect place because the heart amplifies the energy and then is a generator of energy, A creator of a magnetic field. When we allow our mind that is not wandering around into all the pain and our mind that is conscious and clear in elevated awareness chooses with the heart, We create an electrode magnetic field that is so powerful that we can generate an energy. And what it is that the mind is then calling in, In harmony with the heart, That is the electrode, The mind, The thoughts, The magnetic, The heart, And the feeling. That is the generator. The body rests and we lower our energy output, Not doing and fussing. We gently rest and we open our heart and our awareness and we begin to transmit this frequency into the field around us. We start to open up all the thoughts and where we felt that kind of energy. Where were we when we felt it and knew it as truth? What were we doing? Bring those memories and drop them into your heart and feel them again as if it is happening right now. In your imaginal cells, Begin to amplify the energy as a ripple opening in a pond. We are changing the frequency in the collective energy field. We are transmitters of energy. We are beyond our bodies. And for as long as we can hold this energy and more of us who do this, Can we imagine what we will create? Truly, We are creating a new field in which to us as beautiful beings can begin to play in this life. Take a deep breath into that, My treasure, And honor your being for knowing this and thank your human being for allowing itself to rest deeply, To bring all the energy reserves and resources that we waste so much on static. To hold it in this body and harness it and amplify through the body, Through the mind and through the heart, Perfectly integrated aligned and connected. May this energy that I'm holding now, The energy of love and kindness, Compassion, Wellness and flow, Gentleness and truth, Integrity, May this energy be transmitted through me and may it touch the lives of every being, Every creature, Every life form upon this earth. May it touch the hearts, Minds and souls of all beings. We take a deep breath into that. And as you breathe out, Relax deeply into this moment now. In this life, I offer the journey that I am experiencing as my human being to be the catalyst that inspires the co-creative energy so that we can recreate what it is that our hearts are calling us towards, The highest vibration that we can hold at this time, At this time. And we are constantly upgrading that, Tomorrow it will be higher and the next day a little higher to hold and to calibrate energy in the highest frequency that we can hold at this time. This is the greatest gift we can bring in right now. We thank our beautiful human being for really being right there in the mud and in the trenches, For feeling every little bit of our human story, Knowing that if we can feel what the content of this is, We can connect to our heart and ask what is our heart calling in that is the exact opposite. And we have found the key, We are unlocking it and opening up a new frequency for all life, Opening it up in the quantum field backwards and forwards through all time, All fields, All dimensions. Beautiful you. As you take a breath into your being now, Become aware of where you're resting, Send a loving gesture, A loving note to everyone who is in that static scenario with you, Like a healing balm that is just being sent. It doesn't cost anything for us to do this and it doesn't detract from our own being in any way at all. May all beings find their way. And for as long as you can hold this space now, Allow yourself to rest inside of it.
