So I will be using the mercury tuning fork frequency Today Again my intention is that this enables or invites also mental clarity direction wisdom Clarification of the mind of the technologies around you and of your communications of your conversations with people with yourself With yourself with the physical and non-physical realm,

So I'm excited to get right into that Please Do focus on your body your breath the things that you specifically need for this practice,

But I'm just going to Begin you can start by just taking some intentional breaths with yourself Just Taking some deep inhales Coming deeper into your body.
