In this guided visualization we're going to work with your goal.
So if you haven't already I invite you to think of a goal that you achieve within the next year.
Where would you see yourself within one year if you allow yourself to dream really big professionally.
So with this goal I invite you to close your eyes.
Make yourself comfortable,
Adjust your body posture in any way that feels comfortable and needed.
And allow yourself to drop deeper.
You can deepen your breath.
And with every out breath you let go a little more.
Every out breath allows you to let go of the day that you experienced so far,
Of the things that are still ahead of you.
And you sink deeper into your cushion,
Into your bed,
Into your seat.
And as you sink deeper you can allow yourself to relax more and more.
You can relax your facial muscles.
You can relax your jaw and the fibre muscles on your forehead.
You can even allow the fine muscles on your scalp to relax a little more.
You can drop your shoulders,
Feel the heaviness of your arms.
You can let go of your belly and allow the breath to go really deep.
You can feel your pelvis,
Your legs,
Your knees getting heavier.
And also your feet sinking deeper and deeper.
And from this place of relaxation I want you to imagine where you will be in one year,
If you allow yourself to dream really big.
And I not only want you to think of it,
I want you to see it.
What do you see around you?
Where are you?
Who are the people around you?
What are you doing?
What are your activities?
And most important,
How does it feel to have achieved your goal?
That which you've been working on for so long and now it's there.
You see it all around you,
That which you said one year ago actually manifested,
You manifested it.
How does it feel in your heart?
How does it feel in your stomach?
How does it feel in your legs?
Really allow this feeling to sink into your body.
You actually found that community of people.
You're working in that team of people that are truly supporting you and that share your same purpose.
You actually started this business that you always wanted to start.
You actually found the job where you feel that work is giving you energy instead of draining you.
You feel that your work is finally supportive of your health.
And when you leave the office in the afternoon,
You actually have more energy than when you entered in the morning.
And your time management flows easy,
Naturally.
You're finding a balance between work and your personal life.
You might be working in this new job as a freelancer.
You're working with clients that love what you have to offer and appreciate you and also financially reward you in a way that even allows you to save money.
You feel the clarity,
The certainty,
Crystal clear focus.
You know how to prioritize.
You're guided to where to invest your energy,
How to make decisions.
And you act from a calm state of deep,
Deep knowing.
You have finally found your spark.
You're feeling unstuck,
The sense of release.
You feel motivated and you left behind all the self-sabotage,
Distraction,
Addictive patterns.
And you're really breaking free into the person who you always wanted to be.
Courageous,
Inspired and a source of light and energy for others.
How does this feel?
How can you tell in your body that you're there?
What is a sign that unmistakably shows you,
Yes,
I've arrived?
Really allow this feeling to expand in your body.
Feel it with all your senses.
What do you smell?
What sounds do you hear?
What can your visual eyes perceive around you?
Who are you surrounded with?
What are the conversations that you're having?
And how does it feel to be connected to the people and places around you?
Where in the world are you?
Allow that image to get as vivid,
As colourful,
As bright and as saturated as possible.
And once you have that feeling,
I want you to locate it in your body.
Where do you feel it strongest?
And then zoom into that body part.
It might be your heart,
It might be your belly,
It might be your pelvis,
It might be your head.
Wherever it is,
Focus in on it and look at it more closely.
Allow it to become bigger.
Expand.
Allow it to radiate white light through the rest of your body.
Allow it to shine,
Shine beyond that specific part of your body through your entire being and even beyond.
Allow it to let this light fill the entire room that you're in.
And even beyond radiate through the walls,
Through the surroundings,
Through the entire building.
Even through the entire city or area that you're in.
And with this feeling,
With this light,
I want you to realise this is what you've been working for.
Feel the gratitude.
Feel the joy and appreciate yourself for having had the faith.
For having had the discipline.
For having had the courage to go that path,
To actually believe in yourself.
And send your past self this energy.
Send your past self this light so that it feels encouraged and feels that you've arrived.
You made it.
You actually did it.
Send this love to your past self as a sign of appreciation and gratitude.
And then also,
I want you to realise that this state,
This way of being,
This way of feeling,
This embodiment,
Is actually what you've been longing for.
It's not so much what you actually achieved,
But it's this state and then coming from this state and going into the world.
This is what your goal is actually about.
So whenever you're taking steps towards your goal,
Get yourself in this state.
And then do whatever you would do from that state where you had that goal already achieved.
Go to the people that you would talk to once you have achieved your goal.
Go to the places.
Go to the events and gatherings that you would go to once you have achieved your goal already.
Memorise this feeling.
Feel this light permeating through you.
And with another deep in-breath,
I invite you to soak it up really,
Really deep.
And place a memory that is so strong that you will never forget it.
Into your mental awareness.
How does your body feel?
What is your emotional state?
What are your thoughts?
And how does it feel?
To be in this state of achievement.
To be home.
To have arrived.
And while maintaining this state,
While being connected to this feeling,
I invite you to slowly,
Slowly open your eyes.
