Welcome,
This is gonna be an affirmation meditation.
And the first thing I want to do is to invite you to go and get a container of something to drink.
I suggest water,
Tea or cacao.
And if you can pause the meditation and do that now.
We're gonna speak some affirmations into ourselves and also into the drink we have in front of us.
And as we speak these prayers,
These affirmations,
I'm inviting all of you.
I'm inviting all that's alive in you to be alive in you and to flow how it needs to flow.
And I want you to invite that for yourself too.
And my prayer is that this meditation,
This time that you set for yourself,
And please do this meditation many times as often as you feel like.
My prayer is that this meditation will serve you in the perfect way.
That it will serve your life and your expansion,
Your healing and everyone's healing.
Thank you for being here.
Not just in this meditation,
But on this planet.
Walking your path,
However that looks like for you.
However your path is like.
I know that everyone is worthy of their life.
And everyone is equally as important to the whole.
So we are going to call in worthiness,
Safety,
Love,
Health,
Freedom and power.
We're gonna call in more of this into our lives.
And we're also gonna,
We're also setting the intention that our drink also receives this.
And again,
When we drink this,
That it will inform our body on a very physical level.
We're gonna start with some breathing.
So we will breathe in through the nose for four seconds and hold for four seconds and out for four seconds and hold for four seconds and in through the nose and hold.
And we will loop that.
So I will,
You will probably hear my breath.
So just follow my breath.
And on your exhales,
I invite you to sigh,
To make whatever sound your body wants to make.
So starting now,
Shake your arms,
Shake your body a bit.
So when we do the affirmation part,
Speak at the same time as me,
Speak out loud.
I'll do one round first just to demonstrate the structure.
And then I invite you to join me.
So before we begin,
We set the intention or I invite you to set the intention that your container of your drink and that your drink absorbs your prayers,
Absorbs your words and that it will affect you in the way that is in alignment with the highest good.
So the structure we're gonna work with is like this.

And we're inviting all emotions,
All feelings to be,
To flow how they are flowing,
And inviting all tension to be as long as it needs to be for you.
At the same time inviting relaxation,
Inviting softness,
But not forcing.
Deep breath.
Now it's time for power.
So power before me,
Power behind me,
Power to my left,
Power to my right,
Power above me,
Power below me,
Power in me,
Power in my surroundings,
Power in all,
Power in the universe.
Deep breath.
From a place of love,
Remember that you are love and you are loved.
You are loved in all ways and may you embody this.
May your whole being know this.
May your whole being recognize this.
Because it was always so.

So now I invite you to sit with yourself,
Sit with all that's in you,
That's alive in you and enjoy your cup,
Your container.
I wish you your highest good.
