Let's put those roots down deep,

And deeper into the ground.
Let's imagine those branches receiving energy from above and grounding that energy deep into the earth.
Mother Earth receiving that energy and grounding you.

You are safe.
You are grounded.
Whatever might have been on your mind,
Just let it go.
