A song from the Plum Village tradition I am a part of, founded by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Thay, as he is affectionately known, felt songs were a beautiful way of sharing his peace teachings. I was an artist in residence there a few years ago and recorded these amongst other projects; Happiness Is Here and Now, a sing about living in the present moment.
