Breathe and direct your energy to the grand mediator,
The grand bridge,
Your heart.
The heart is the portal space that connects all with all,

Center your focus on your heart and as you inhale,
Feel your lungs,

Feel them fill with fresh air,
Fresh breath.
As you exhale,
Feel your ribs move inwards towards the heart and lungs.
Release the breath and anything in the way of you feeling and sharing love.
With your next in-breath,
Feel your ribs expand and experience your ribs as wings.
Allow the wings of your heart to open and stretch.
As you exhale,
Draw your ribs inwards towards your heart and lungs.
Make the exhalation long and follow it as far as you can as you feel hugged to your center,
To your core.
Every breath cycle brings the sensation of lightness as the wings of your ribs expand and then return to your sides.
Experience flight,
Your energy light as air,
