Great moment,

Beauty.

What's happening now?

How are you feeling?

What time of day is it?

And what is your energy like in this now moment?

What is the quality of the mind?

Do you feel sharp in mind?

Do you feel fuzzy?

Do you feel focused or all over the place?

What's the body up to right now?

What is the posture of the body?

Upright or slouched?

Twisted or aligned?

What are the sounds of the body?

And what are the sensations of the body?

Is there tension?

Is there ease?

Is there restriction?

Is there flow?

Now what's happening on the emotional plane?

Are there any particular emotions at the surface?

Are there any particular emotions that are under the surface,

A bit subdued but you can predict that they may show up at some point today?

Emotionally speaking,

Is there anything deeper in the belly?

Now you may not necessarily pick up a word or a distinct feeling,

However you may receive a flash of insight,

An image,

A sound,

Or a memory.

Without going into dialogue about what you receive or observe,

Simply stay curious.

Show interest without story.

And now from here,

Notice what's happening energetically.

Can you feel into your energetic field,

The space that exists within your physical body and extends beyond it?

Tune into that field and notice the texture and the quality of your energy body.

If that feeling is foreign to you,

If you're not in this moment connecting with your energy body,

Simply notice that as well and remain curious.

Stay present,

Stay curious,

And with your eyes,

Scan the room,

Looking around,

Observing the objects in the space,

And like an animal,

Tuning in to the space.

Become present to the outer environment that you currently occupy.

Relax any habit of critique and attempt to be nonjudgmental as you observe and look around.

With open or closed eyes,

Bring attention to the breath.

Hear the breath,

Feel the breath,

And notice the shape change in your body that happens as you breathe.

Notice the belly expand with the inhale and the belly relax and move inwards with the exhale,

The inhale bringing energy and expansion to the abdominal organs,

The exhale squeezing and hugging those organs.

As you inhale,

Notice the expansion in your chest cavity,

In the heart and the lungs,

And as you exhale,

Feel the ribs move inwards towards the heart and the lungs to help them expel what is no longer needed.

Now bring presence to the mind,

The mind being like six to one million horses.

That one charioteer is trying to rein in and focus.

As you presence the mind,

Remember that you are the alpha to your mind,

To your thoughts.

You are the charioteer,

And it is your job and responsibility to rein in those horses,

To tame the monkey mind.

And the energy and the wild movement of the mind contributes to suffering,

And an aspect of suffering is believing that whatever shows up in the mind is truth.

Remember that you are the charioteer.

Take your place in that seat and focus the mind.

This is practiced and achieved through meditation,

And in order to meditate,

There needs to be a focus upon an object.

The object can be the presence to body posture,

Or awareness to breath.

It can also be focused on a sound,

A mantra,

Or an image.

Tune in and focus.

Now presence and connect with your spirit.

The spirit is woven into the body,

Into the breath,

Into the mind,

Into the emotions,

Into the intellect,

Into the heart space,

Into the energy.

It is subtle,

And always there,

Connecting you to you,

Connecting you with the beyond.

And as you focus,

As you breathe,

You become more present to the subtle.

You become more connected with the spirit.

You connect to your divine essence,

And along the way,

You experience stillness.

Through stillness,

You receive.

You receive clarity.

You receive wisdom.

You receive insight.

You receive solutions.

You receive love.

As you close this presencing practice,

Tune into the spaces,

The places,

And the conversations that are immediately ahead of you,

Whether you're starting your day,

Or going to sleep,

Or transitioning from one space or activity to the next.

Utilize your depth of presence in this moment,

And the power of intention to influence these forthcoming moments.

Extend into these moments the feeling state that you would like to experience.

Allow your presence to make you influential.

Influence your field by setting a tone in your frequency,

A tone of intention.

And now,

Decide what's next.

Perhaps it's to move your body,

Drink some water,

Journal,

Or draw.

Experience these as transitions,

And notice if there's a power statement,

Affirmation,

Or prayer that you'll bring with you.

Thank you for being here.

Thank yourself for showing up.

Thank you.
