As you settle in,
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Where you can relax and fully immerse yourself in this experience.
Gently close your eyes and allow your body to soften,
Releasing any tension or stress you might be holding on to.
Take this time for you to spend some time in your inner landscape.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
Feel the air entering your body,
Bringing in calm and peace,
And as you exhale,
Let go of any worries or concerns.
Take another deep breath in,
And out.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine each breath as a wave of relaxation flowing through you.
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Allow yourself to become fully present in this moment,
Letting go of any thoughts of the past or future.
In life,
We often find ourselves facing the unknown,
Navigating through uncertainty.
It's natural to want to control,
To plan,
To know what's coming next,
But in this meditation,
We're going to explore the possibility of embracing the unknown,
And finding peace and even growth within it.
As you breathe in,
Imagine breathing in acceptance,
And as you exhale,
Imagine releasing the need for control.
Feel your body and mind beginning to ease into this space of openness and possibility.
Consider that uncertainty is not something to be feared,
But rather an invitation.
An invitation to explore,
To trust,
And to grow.
Imagine that each moment of uncertainty is like a doorway,
Opening up to new opportunities for you to discover and learn.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with the energy of curiosity,
And exhale releasing any tension or resistance.
As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply,
I want to invite you to bring your mind to a situation in your life where you are experiencing uncertainty.
It could be related to your business,
Your personal life,
Or your future.
Allow this situation to gently come into your awareness without judgment or fear.
Now instead of trying to find immediate answers or solutions,
Simply sit with this uncertainty.
Imagine yourself standing at the edge of the unknown,
And instead of retreating,
You take a step forward into the vastness of possibility.
Notice how your body feels as you step into this space of not knowing.
Is there tension?
Is there excitement?
Simply observe these feelings with compassion and without judgment.
What if,
In this space of uncertainty,
You can find your inner strength,
Your superpower?
What if the unknown is where your greatest potential lies,
Waiting to be discovered?
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more comfortable with the unknown,
More open to the possibilities it holds.
Know that in this space,
You have the power to create,
To innovate,
And to grow beyond what you ever thought possible.

Any feelings in your body that comes up when you are sitting with this space of unknown,
Unplanned,
Non-dictated space.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling yourself with a sense of calm and empowerment.
And exhale slowly,
Letting go of any lingering fear or resistance.
Because right now,
You're just sitting on the edge of the unknown.
No resistance or fear needed,
Just observation.
Once again,
Take a deep breath in,
Filling yourself with a sense of calm and empowerment and curiosity.
And exhale slowly,
Letting go of any lingering fear or resistance.
Know that as you move forward in your day,
In your life today,
You can return to this place of calm and acceptance,
Observation,
Curiosity,
Whenever you encounter uncertainty.
You have within you the strength to thrive in the unknown,
To embrace it as a part of your journey.
In fact,
I will encourage it.
When you are ready,
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes and gently stretch your body if that feels good.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Carrying with you this sense of peace and wonderment,
Just a little curiosity and newfound courage to embrace the unknown,
To sit on the edge of uncertainty and unknown,
In that place of possibility.
