Hi there,

Joanne here with another 5 minute wonder meditation.

And this meditation is all about grounding ourselves.

And you know,

Life can be so busy and we run around,

You know,

We have all these things to do,

Or we run around for others.

And we very rarely just take time out just to feel our feet on the ground and just to remember where we are in our day.

So I hope you can use this 5 minute meditation to just ground yourself and just take some time out for you,

Just to connect to your breath and connect to your body.

So as always,

I'm going to invite you to connect to your headphones or to your home sound system and find a comfortable position,

Whether you are sitting or lying down.

Let your attention during the meditation just drop into your feet,

Or if you're lying down,

You can just let it drop down into the area around your tailbone.

So for this meditation,

We are going to use a singing bowl in the note of C,

Which is to ground ourselves in our root chakra,

And which is wonderful for grounding.
